Waste of money
I was unable to program this key to my vehicle. I took it to the dealership and they too were unable to program this key fob.

I was skeptical at first. The dealer told me I had to pay the $90 programming fee whether it worked or not. It programmed fine and all buttons worked. If something changes I will update this review.

A professional locksmith could not program it and the ford dealer WOULD not program it.

Fits but could be better
This clver is really hard to put on. The biggest drawback ymis that, if you need to take the key out from the bottom, you would have to remove the cover in order to do it.After struggling to put on, looks fine.

Works perfect
The lock button on one of our remotes stopped working so I ordered this as a replacement. The key fob is identical to the ones we have now. My husband spent a fair amount of time researching how to program it but was not able to find a match for our Escape Titanium. Research also showed that if it is not done right, it could clear the programming from your other remotes. Then it dawned on him that since they are identical, he should be able to swap parts. Since the button on the remote was the issue and not the circuit board, he put the old circuit board in the new one key fob, and it worked perfectly. Saved $350 not going to dealer. The new circuit board was put in a drawer in case that is needed down the road.
