These decorations we're absolutely perfect for my son's birthday party. I did all my shopping on Amazon and it was super quick to get here. I had a little bit of trouble putting helium in the donut balloon.

Good design, Balloon is flawed.
The bright design is GREAT, the colors are perfectly brilliant. I had to take stars off because the really big balloon that I was so excited for was a dud... the hole to blow it up with was sealed shut and the people at the party store couldn't save it. The rest of the decorations were GREAT!
