These are the same style as the NHS Audiologist gave me for my hearing aids. I have no way of telling how well these work, because I've never used my hearing aids without something like them installed. However, they click in exactly the same way, and seem to work the same. I have one of these installed on my right aid and the NHS ones on my left and they both have no wax in them. The price of these is nicer than the NHS ones though.

This product looks exactly like the ones given to me by my audiologist. The action of the wheel is as smooth, as the click on placing the old filter and extracting the new feels the same. I can't judge if they trap wax the same as I can't measure that. Overall, the same type of filter for approx £1 less per wheel.
