So much better than a standard plug. Things charge so much quicker
Absolutely fantastic, super speed charging with this plug. Was fed up of plugging my phone in to charge & it taking forever. Having a combination of this plug & a good quality high capacity cable means my phone charges fully in just over an hour from completely flat.

Small and mighty, super charged the samsung s24 ultra
It is much smaller than the 160W sibling while still delivering whopping 100W on C1. Great for travel, save me from carrying 2 more additional chargers.Super charged the samsung s24 ultra with ease. Charged from 30% to 100% and the charger was just slightly warm.The dell laptop was getting 90W charging speed.

Robust design, great features
As a frequent traveler, using this product during business travels for multiple item charges at the same time. Product is nice and I am happy for owning it, only potential upgrade could be interchangeable socket types. Since it is adapter connected to plug adapter, it's becoming quite big once connected to adapters.

Compatibility issues
hello Ugreen team ,before i purchase this charger i have raised the concern if this charger is compatible with surface Pro and the answer was yes .i have decided to purchase this charger due to light weigh and size to be used during my traveling , unfortunately this charger is not compatible with the surface Pro 9 and its giving error while charging my laptop through the surface charging Port .

Shorter Lifespan Than Expected – Does It Have Warranty?
I have been a loyal customer of UGREEN and have always been satisfied with their high-quality products. However, this UGREEN Nexode Pro 160W charger did not meet my expectations. I purchased it in July 2024, but unfortunately, it stopped working after only 3 to 4 months.Since I have always trusted UGREEN, I expected this product to be as durable as their other items, but I was disappointed. If this is a common issue, I’d love to hear from other buyers as well.Question: Does this product come with a warranty? If yes, how can I claim it?I hope this review helps other customers consider this aspect before purchasing.
