I have a rare condition called CSID where I cannot digest, starches and sugars. I am also gluten intolerant. I gave this flour a go, not expecting to be wowed but I am very suprised how great this is. I am very low carb/ keto as much as I possibly can so I have tried all the almond and coconut flours. All pretty similar and not quite the right texture or taste and The calories and carbs are higher in those also. I do track calories so this is such a great product for me. I love that i can have french toast for breakfast again and its delicious!!

I haven’t tried this, have no idea yet how it tastes, how it cooks, anything. I think I am just too shocked that a product that is marked GF, ALSO says that it MAY contain wheat….

The media could not be loaded. The easiest and tastiest keto baking flour from @ketokrust_ketoflour !! I made mini keto bagels and they were super tasty for a healthy gluten free alternative! My picky-eater son, who is not gluten free like me, even loved them with cream cheese on them!

Good alternative

Impressive keto flour! I love that it doesn't taste like I'm missing out on some of my favorite foods! The first thing I made was pancakes and they were delicious. I loved how full and satisfied I felt after eating them. This has been a wonderful swap to stay in line with my weight watchers plan since the flour is so low in points. I've tried a number of keto products and have always been disappointed in the texture and overall taste. I'll be ordering again and telling all my friends!

I bought this item thinking it would include at least one bread recipe item as the picture on Amazon shows all the wonderful breads made from it. There is no information stating that it is a 1:1 ratio in place of regular flour. Beware there is no recipes, there is no email address, no website. The name on the package is a company that makes products for others to sell and it is NOT RETURNABLE.
