This works perfectly with my range headphones and I can whisper and still be heard clearly

Doesn't work with DMR radios
Works with my Comtacs on FM analogue.If you plug this into a DMR radio you will get interference in your head set, it will sound like motor boating.

Works just like it's supposed to
Got this so I could listen to my Baofeng handi/talkies on my noise-cancelling headphones. They work like a charm -- just plug the K1 connector into the Baofeng, then plug the 3.5mm plug into the headphones. No complaints and a fair price. Recommended.

Screams of the damned
It works well for incoming comms, and everyone is receiving me super clearly, but when I hold down the PTT, I get the sound of damned souls lamenting their earthly sins in my ear. It's... pretty awful.
