I had gone back and forth between many different coffee mugs for my boss. I was looking for the perfect one. This had been my favorite from the beginning but I looked at others then finally came back to this one. I placed the order and it gave an estimated delivery 2/24-2/28 which I understand it is personalized and would take time I was sent a notification that it may be delivered by 3/4. I did end up receiving it today…so it was only a day later than it had estimated.I did think the mug was heavy and appeared to be a good quality 15oz mug. It was a nice size the look and design were nice…the part that was the absolute worst was the personalization of the mug. I was looking very forward to gifting this to my boss. If you look at the mug (based on the pictures I included it was apparent that is was supposed to be cursive writing. When you look at it your attention is drawn directly to the huge letter “L”. in the center of my boss’s name. Just look at the picture you will see the “L” looks much bigger that the rest ok of the letters.I guess from what I saw tthat looked like they would be more readable and more of the same size
