Great sound, small footprint.
I took a chance. I'm glad I did because these are incredible. They sound so good it's almost like it's not possible for their size. They are ported correctly, made of decent mdf and I found that by putting isolation feet on them it got rid of any thuddy, or muddy sound. Phenomenal little speakers they exceeded my expectations and I am glad I bought this little off brand. Kudos to the designer.

Perfect size for desktop. Great sound considering.
I've tested maybe a dozen speakers in the past couple weeks.A/B demo-ing and these turned out to be phenomenal for the size/price!using USB-Audio.It's not going to fill a big room with audio, but they have super impressive energy and bass. Easily big enough sound for near-field listening. Perfect for desktop. They blew away slightly cheaper/smaller speakers. I compared them to slightly bigger $300 bi-amp active kali usb monitors and these HOTMAY speakers may have an edge in bass, but seemed to lose some detail in the highs/mids compared to the much pricier competitor. The low end is great, energetic and tight. Impressive. At the same price , Neumi BS5P-ARC might be a better TV companion with HDMI-ARC and its bigger size getting louder filling larger rooms. For desktop/near-field bi-amped designs like Kali LP-UNF or Kanto ORA/4 will sound better. but will cost a lot more.Easy to recommend for those wanting great PC speakers with bass for under $200 that won't take over the desk size-wise.

The actually sound pretty good
Decent build quality, sounds good hooked up to my pc.At first I thought they were too bright, which they are but very flat. Then I just modified it a bit by sealing the enclosure.Sounds way better this way in my opinion.I also hooked up my minivee sub and it bumps. What really bothers me, and is probably just a me problem, Is the fact that the left speaker is the master speaker with all the controls on the back and the sub out is a 3.5 mm jack, tf?Also the power indication light looks terrible and is way too bright. A remote would also have been nice. They are pretty overpriced as well.Should have retuned them, I would not recommend them. Spend a bit more for actual monitors.

THEY DO SOUND GOOD BUT!!!
I’m so very mixed about this review because I really like the way these speakers sound. I used all three options to connect, Bluetooth, USB and the AUX and they all sound great. The problem I have with these speakers is that they don’t have a remote; I think that at this price point of almost $200 dollars you should get a remote. There also is no dust cover, I can definitely live without dust covers since I play my speakers without their covers on them all the time, but where is the remote. If you’re sitting at your desk listening near field, reaching behind the speakers to push a button is not a big deal, but if you’re sitting away from them, getting up just to change from AUX to Bluetooth is inconvenient. And then there is adjusting the tone control, how do you adjust tone control from your listening position, get up adjust sit back down and get up again if you still need to adjust the Treble or Bass, I don’t think so, not for almost $200 Dollars.

High fidelity sound.
Solid construction. Good BT reception. Good amplifier section. High fidelity, clear undistorted sound. Good bass for its size. Bought with coupon at $150. Would purchase again

Impressive
The Hot May speakers sound great. Even better when a sub is added. Since the supplied rca cord between the speakers was not long enough for my placement I ordered a pair of rca plug to speaker wire adapters. I got the speakers on sale which made them even a greater value.

I think they are good $180 speakers
The media could not be loaded. I've had these speakers for about 5 months now and they seem do to what I need them to do without any issues. Seem well made and feature packed (at least for me they are). I have them connected to my Sound Blaster USB DAC and am able to get better sound out of them with that. I have yet to connect to these with bluetooth though. I have seen these same exact speakers from another vendor (ASIN: B0D14LFBKM) rebranded so I assume these are off the shelf generic speakers or theres some kinda tom foolery going on copying others homework.
