My granddaughter is tiny and the dress has plenty elastic in waist but straps for shoulders where to short so when it tore I put elastic on staps so she can pull up and down the top with ease

The outfit is cute, but the strap ripped as soon as we tried to put it on my daughter. And we were gentle putting it on.
