Seemed like good pillow, with memory foam responding to pressure and release like memory foam is supposed to. But at first I thought it was too thick and uncomfortably tilted my head too high. THEN I looked at photos in Amazon product listing and realized pillow is an interlocking 3-piece sandwich, and the middle section can be removed once cover is unzipped to make pillow thinner. Voila! Now the pillow supports my neck more comfortably!I still suffer from some neck pain, but that's no fault of the pillow. I'm now seeing a physical therapist who's manipulating my neck over to release and get vertebrae back in alignment and also to relax stubborn knotted neck muscles. Also, it's not as cushy-soft as a typical fluffy pillow, but it couldn't support my neck if it was.

Overall, fairly comfy. I kept it and opted to take middle layer out. Trouble came when I took it out. Putting it back into the cover was a struggle.

This pillow is great because it has a place for any sleep position. I bought this pillow because I was having shoulder pain everyday from sleeping on my side. This pillow was just what I needed. I wasn't able to sleep on my back before without walking up with a backache. Now, I can sleep on my back and this pillow fits the shape of my neck. I love the little massage bumps that caress my neck. It supports my neck and head. I get a good night's sleep and don't get a backache. If I want to, I can switch to sleeping on my side. There is a comfy spot for side sleepers. There's no more shoulder pain for me. I am so glad that I invested in this pillow. It has a nice pillowcase. It has a removable layer. I can't say enough good things about it. This pillow has something for everyone. I love mine. A good night's sleep improves the day.

I did not have a great experience with this pillow. I toss and turn at night so it was uncomfortable and woke me up during the night. After a few weeks, I just use it to prop me up while watching videos. The concept is good if you stay in one place.

I was weary to purchase one on amazon because they sometimes smell but this one was fine. It came shrink wrapped and I let it air out for a few days before using it but it didn't smell. It is the perfect firmness for me and I have had 10 out of 10 for harness ones and 2 out of 10. This is perfect.

This pillow has great reviews so I went with it. As me it wasn’t great. Smells like chemicals and let a rash on my body. It’s super hard and not comfy

... this pillow is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It is VERY comfortable and supportive. The foam is more on the stiff side than the usual marshmallow pillows made of foam, making it TRULY a support for your neck. It is made very well and I expect it to last. I was wary about the little nodules on the neck area, but have found that they also contribute to the perfection of neck support and comfort. As someone who has had to use two ergonomic pillows together, this pillow is the replacement and you can hardly go wrong with it - awesome.

Purchases this as a gift. They said it was great to sleep on. When I first opened it I did notice the smell that is talked about, but I let it air for 24 hours and the smell was gone.
