Excellent drink, everything the manufacturer states about the drink in the description is true. This company packages their product very well. If they hadn't, it wouldn't have been able to take the abuse, it was put through, in the shipping process. My security camera caught the delivery person, throwing it on the ground in front of my house. The Amazon box it was in had no additional padding inside it and was damaged badly. The tape holding the box together barely stayed attached.

My first experience drinking Leisure Hydration I had no idea what ashwagandha is, let alone that it is a key ingredient. I chugged an entire can (16 oz) of the blueberry flavor after a late afternoon nap, started driving to dinner, and was overcome with a feeling of euphoric bliss. No exaggeration. When I shared what happened with my companions, one examined the can and said that ashwagandha "helps with anxiety." I giggled uncontrollably and replied "I'm sure that it does!" After that initial experience, I decided to buy it by the case, and although I have not had a repeat of the euphoric bliss, I definitely feel like drinking this beverage helps me feel content and at peace without any numbing or fuzzing out. If anything, I feel it attunes my senses so that I experience the environment in a neutral, unbiased way. I like all three flavors (Mango, Blueberry, Lemonade) but I think the Blueberry will always be my favorite. There is a mellow lemon undertone to all three which I rather like. On top of the ashwagandha you also get some nice electrolyte replenishment. You might consider this Gatorade for gurus. I am hoping they come out with some new flavors as well.

I have used Pedialyte when I have not been drinking my minimum quota of water. THAT didn't really have a taste, but it turns out that was good compared to these - AND after drinking 6 ounces even of THAT, I DO feel HYDRATED in my throat and overall. Even 2 ounces of that helps my throat feel moist.SO, I thought "Lemonade" "Blueberry" - how you go wrong with THOSE added FLAVORS.I have never tasted any liquid like this before that were so offensive to my palate that I really could not believe it was that bad. So I tried ALL 3 "FLAVORS" and the taste went from awful to undrinkable at all.EVEN WORSE, AFTER I FORCED MYSELF TO DRINK 3/4 of one of the cans, not only did I NOT feel ANY hydration, but my throat even felt DRYER THAN BEFORE I DRANK IT!I spent 10 minutes opening each can and putting down the disposal - then the cans in the trash. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

5 Stars for the product itself. I tried these recently at an event and the same day hopped on Amazon to order some for myself. Good balance of flavor - more than just water but not a soda/sugar drink. I very much liked them.0 Stars for the shipping. This is all on Amazon though, however the seller/manufacture should push Amazon to ship these better. Like so many things, Amazon just puts a 12-pack of bottled water, that weighs probably 12lbs, in a thin cardboard box with no protection with their standard one strip of tape on the box. The box arrived via UPS after moving through the US for 3 days and of course it arrives beat to heck. The box is almost fully open as it can not support the weight. The cans themselves are so dented and damaged that I do not feel comfortable drinking them. Of course Amazon takes care of it and refunds the order, but I want the item - I just want it to arrive in good condition. I've had many Amazon orders like this - heavy item shipped by UPS or Amazon, beat to heck in transit and nothing changes. I hope Amazon puts something in place to improve their shipping of items. Sadly, I will not reorder because I'm sure the replacement item will arrive the same way. There is never anyone to talk to at Amazon, no way for them to help ship/package better - the order/item just flows through the system with no care or extra attention.

One of my favorite hydration drinks!! We stay stocked on the variety pack. Fav flavor is the lemonade and blueberry. Worth the price for the size.
