Just as described.
I’m grateful for the delivery, unpacked, ready to ensamble, in the room ($29 for the service) chair bed is sturdy enough and looks just like the picture. One minor complain: one of the legs came with a broken screw. Now fixed. Hope it last.

Needs to be about 3 or 4 inches deeper. Not Great Value for Your Money.
I needed an inexpensive sleeper for a short term rental. Here are my thoughts:Needs to be about 3 or 4 inches deeper from the front edge of the seat cushion to the junction of the seat cushion and the back cushion. I'm 5'9" and feel it is too short a distance.Very Firm cushions, not squishy in the least. I don't get that "settle down in front of the fire with a good book" feeling.Overall Quality is Fair. Cushion foam seems to be good quality. Cheap thin wood construction but that makes it lighter to move.Sleeper Bed Frame is pretty good except for the bit that is supposed to support the foot of the bed. Keeps falling off. It is easy to operate. The Foam Mattress is comfortable. I'll let you know how it goes after some usage. The seating position is a little upright for my liking. *Tip, there is a strange section across the upper 1/4 of the back of the sofa. It is hinged and is secured in the upright position by Velcro. Turns out if you drop the panel toward the front of the sofa, it creates a bit of an angle to lean back against. More comfortable but it shortens the seat even more.Delivery was a Nightmare! (you can read on to learn more about this or stop here. All pertinent facts are above)I live in a rural area so this may have something to do with it. However, the communication between Amazon and the Mysterious Delivery Company (later found out to be CEVA Logistics) and myself was terrible. I finally got a representative from Amazon to tell me in writing that CEVA would carry the sofa into my house. The day before the delivery was scheduled, CEVA told me they would only drop the sofa off by the street. Great, we have coyotes, bobcats, bears and dogs all over this area. So I struggled to get an email (CEVA's phone was disconnected). After a few back and forth emails the woman at CEVA agreed to bring the sofa into my house. The big day arrived! I was working in the house and heard a sound outside down the hill in my parking area. I had a look and there to my surprise was a big white truck. No knock on the door, nothing. I went down and turns I still had to convince the driver and his sidekick that they were required to bring the sofa into my house. They were planning on dropping the sofa and running. Jeff Bezos, are you listening?! SERVICE is what will bring customers back for the long run!

Nice for price; split in back could be problematic
We needed a compact sofa to fit through a narrow basement door where we have a playroom. Love that we found a queen size sleeper with a comfortable bed at a great price point. HOWEVER it is important to realize where you will be compromising.Because of the compact frame the seat cushion is not very deep. This isn’t a sofa you can relax on for long periods of time. It is really more for sitting. Also it has a back that folds down during shipping. I thought this meant the whole back, but it is only the part from the arm rest up. This means that your sofa is split along the back. This isn’t a big deal if you have it against a wall, but we have it in the middle of the room and the line is very visible. It also holds together with a large Velcro strip, so if someone were to inadvertently lean against it, it would come apart. I’m considering crazy gluing the Velcro together but in the meantime I put some toy organizers behind it.*I purchased this product with my own money and my review reflects my honest and unbiased opinion. Exactly what I wanted
I ordered this sofabed for my basement. It is an uninteresting piece of furniture, which is exactly what I wanted. It is the smallest queen sleeper sofa I could find, which means it fit into my basement. I didn't get measurements of the box before they took it away, but it was not quite as long as I am tall, and I am 5'11". This was the dimension I was most concerned about. It fit in through my doors without any trouble.Delivery was excellent and it arrived undamaged. The shipper, XPO, called me to ask if we could reschedule it a week earlier than I had selected on the site. Sure! I had selected "room of choice" delivery because I know how heavy sofabeds can be and I needed it put in the basement. There were two men on the truck, unlike some other companies that send one guy out to move something that requires two to manage safely. Not only did they put it in the basement, they also assembled it and took the box away! The pack size was cleverly kept smaller because the arms were not attached in the shipping box and the back folds down; there was not an inch of wasted space in that box!I ordered the gray, and it is a neutral medium gray. It is heathery, with lighter and darker threads. The material is relatively smooth and the weave seems nicely tight. The cushions are thin but very firm; this is not a seat you sink into. I have long legs and I can sit back all the way; a shorter person might want a throw pillow behind their back. The arms are comfortable and of a supportive height. It will look softer with some throw pillows on it.I have not laid on the bed but we folded it out and it looks OK. I don't expect it to be fabulous; it is a sofabed after all, but there isn't a bar in the back, so it should be tolerable at least.
