I think it helps and seems to work quickly
This product was recommended by a dog chiropractor. My dog has a partial acl tear. I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks on my dog but have noticed improvement already. She is not supposed to be running or jumping but obviously she’s feeling better as I can’t keep her as quiet as before. She’s not completely healed yet, but I would definitely recommend this product.

Torn Meniscus, Blown out SI Joint, Sprained ankleA
Well, as you can tell from the title, I've been injury prone lately! I'm on my 4th or 5th bottle and about to switch over to Ligaplex II, as I understand that one's for maintenance. I take 3 a day with food, and I take 3 more on occasion when I remember. I'm 54 and have been super active my whole life. A few years ago I started repeatedly spraining my ankles over the course of a year, then once that hell ended, I tore my meniscus jumping off a curb to miss landing in a rain puddle. Unbelievable. I opted out of surgery because it seems to do more harm than good long term. Along with my most serious sprain came the SI joint injury. When mountain biking season started last year I was like, ok, my knee doesn't seem to mind the biking, so here we go! Joke was on me, because riding even the slightest incline shredded my SI joint. No more mt. biking for me...Plus I had to do all these weird stretches before bed just to have the pain minimalized enough to fall asleep, even without the mt. biking. Needless to say, it was very depressing.I found out about Ligaplex last fall, and have been taking it ever since. I can't believe how well I'm doing!! I've had very minimal SI joint pain when mountain biking. YAY! I still feel slight twinges here and there, but nothing that would stop me from riding. And I ride pretty hard core single track - I've been a mt biker since 1989 and live in Colorado.Plus, my ankles are strong and my knee seems totally healed. I do 50 squats every other day, no problem. I just wish it would help with my tendonitis! BTW it took almost a whole bottle before I started to really feel better.

Me expectations were too high.
I’ve been struggling with an SIJ injury for almost 4 months now. I discovered these which made it seem like it would speed up the ligament healing process. I’m on my second bottle… The first 4 weeks I took 2 pills with each meal (6pills/day). Now I’m taking 2 pills/day. It could be helping me along with all the PT and resting I’m doing, but definitely nothing drastic like a lot of these reviews say. It didn’t meet my expectations but I will keep taking 2x/day just in case.

Used the whole bottle and I am still living.
I did not notice any sort of pain relief within the first 1-2 weeks of taking this, also was taking two after my first meal of the day until the bottle was empty. I had some sort of muscle/ligament tear caused pain to occur when I would sit down and my left leg would experience discomfort, was more comfortable standing, could not sleep on my left side, this supplement gave my body time to recover without question while easing relief. I could not bend over or lift my left leg off the ground by more than 2 feet, it would take me 3 minutes to get up to avoid excruciating pain. At one point I adjusted my diet, bed, work boots, way I walk and continuously recognize I am not supposed to pick stuff up before the bottle was empty. Now writing this review after two years later, I can touch the ground with my hands and even lift heavier as well. Would recommend, to try this but be aware that results like this may not be for everyone and that taking supplements are not recommended and to speak with a physician and exmine your medical record before exposing your body to levels of ingredients within this supplement. Also note they have no real way to validate, harmful toxins that end up in these products that are not certified by the USDA as organic meaning the fields, or crops which bovine graze on could contain heavy metals.

It WORKS!!
Dear Standard Process Ligaplex I,I didn't receive a gift as stated on Gift Receipt in my package, but I do want you to know that my veterinarian put my dog on this, 2 capsules twice a day, due to kneesublexion(?) & she has been doing fine since. She has been taking it for at least 2 years & has had no more problems with her knee. She & her brother were 2 feral little puppies & someone threw them into a deep sinkhole (where "some" people throw their trash)) in February, 5 years ago. Thank you for making such great products. (And thank you Amazon for carrying them). I am thinking about using it for a very bad shoulder that I, myself have somehow acquired from too much lifting & moving heavy things (I am 77 & currently doing PT for it & it is slow to heal. Thank you again for making GOOD health products!!! S.Sawyer, retired R.N.P.S. What is the difference between Ligaplex I and Ligaplex II?

Not working
I bought these because some reviews said they worked for trigger thumb. I can’t tell they are doing anything and I usually like any standard process products. I will continue to keep trying them but I also have a sore shoulder joint and it’s not better either. My thumb hurts so bad I’m trying several things and nothing seems to help. Tried these ligaplex, vitamins B-1, B-6 and recently bought a copper bracelet and thumb ring. The ring hasn’t helped my trigger thumb but it helped my other arthritic thumb a lot. They hurt in different places and in different ways. My trigger thumb is helped a lot by oval-8 splints sold on amazon. Doesn’t help heal my thumb but makes it bearable while I’m wearing it. Anybody have any other suggestions for trigger thumb? Not surgery and no cortisone shot. Can’t make me. Only interested in noninvasive treatments.
