For the price point, this product is great and would serve you well! I wouldn’t say it’s too loud, it’s a running motor when the buttons are pressed so I would not activate it around someone sleeping unless you are far away. It was easy to assemble, but it’s better if you have a second person with you. It is very sturdy and feels like you won’t regret putting your expensive equipment on it. I bought it in white so it’s sleek and does not dirty or get dusty easily. Would buy again!

I used to work installing office furniture. On a height adjustable table, you need heavy legs to counterweight the desk work surface. These work, but there is plenty of movement even at the lowest height. Could be a tipping hazard depending on how people use it, location of the desk, and the load on the legs.Overall it's a fair price, and a decent quality, and would be suitable for anyone just using for a desk, or light crafting. Just be cautious the higher you go, as this will change the balance of weight.My use is for a gaming station, and 3d printing. I have a laptop, computer monitor, an Xbox, and a 3d printer on mine. As well as some pen organizers and things like that. I don't use the height adjuster often. But it's nice to know I can if I'd like to.The noise level when raising or lowering is acceptable, and fairly quiet. Fitting office chairs under it is fine. I have a steel case amia, and a gesture both fit under at the standard (default lowest) height.Assembly wasn't difficult, but I've installed thousands of desks with similar controls. Take your time and route your wires, and consider which side you want your plug on before you install to the work surface.
