Beautiful addition to my patio, throws off great heat evenly throughout. Love it

Doesn’t put out a lot of heat. Flame is very weak even when fully on

First off this unit has always been covered with cover provided. It has never been in the rain once, that it wasn’t covered. The reason being is we are located in FL. And have yet to use but recently. It is very difficult to light. 7 months later it is starting to rust not even one year into owning or using it. Complete was of my money. I will try to get my money back, will update it if I am successful. UPDATE; The seller was benevolent in giving several options to satisfy my issue. The issue was resolved. I would suggest getting a better cover than the one supplied. The seller suggested to move the unit to a more climate controlled environment when not in use. Unfortunately my unit has the gas line under my pavers, not allowing that convenience. I would buy from the seller again, no problem.

When ordering I picked the item without the needed windscreen. I reached out to customer service and within 24 hours they responded and expedited shipping. Our music venue is a hub of community gathering before and even more so after Hurricane Helene. This fire pit will provide us with more safe space as we heal together. Highly recommend xo
