Good value for the dollar, & it works!
Easy to install, good value for the price. Just recieved it, so battery life isn't rateable, yet. But it did come with a 85% charge, & once I plugged in computer it didn't take long to get fully charged to 100%.. Now I can unplug my laptop! 😊

Quick and Easy Replacement Battery
I needed a fresh battery for my aging HP Pavilion laptop and bought this item for a reasonable price. This battery installed easily (it snaps into place with two locking clips). I was disappointed that the battery is all black and doesn’t have the ‘silver’ finish to match the silver computer, so the battery looks a bit tacky. This new battery shows about 3+ hours of power on a full charge, but I haven’t verified how accurate that is yet. 3 hours isn’t great, but let’s face it, these older (yes, obsolete) laptops have power-hungry mechanical hard drives and old tech LCD screens, so I’ll be interested to see what the actual battery life is with continuous usage. For the price, I would recommend this battery. Pro tip: Maybe it would be smart to buy an extra battery because they’re small and lightweight.

Battery replacement for my HP laptop
Dead batter in laptop lasted about 4 years or so. Got this new battery-easy to install and charge. Hey, it works. Happy with it. Laptop up and running again.

these batteries are very poor quality
The battery never completely charged to full power, now it is junk, because it is past 30 days, amazon won't do anything, can' get in touch with the seller like you can on Ebay, now stuck with a battery that is worthless.

Didn't fit right
The locking tabs did not align right in HP15 laptop. Always kept laptop on desk and never tried removing battery once I originally thought it was installed, even though it did not fit well. Recently went to pick up laptop and the battery just fell out! Both locking tabs on each end had broken off. I assume this may have been from the heat because the computer sat undisturbed. I attached a pic of the HP original (top of image) and this OEM before installing it. The tabs were molded slightly smaller than the HP, causing them not to fit tight. Funny the tabs just came off right at one year warranty.
