I recently had a chance to try out the Gotrax Folding Electric Bike and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. I am pretty amazed with its powerful 500W motor. It provides a top speed of 20mph, which feels really fast to me. The acceleration is smooth and effortless, making it a joy/fun to ride. With its 48V removable battery, the bike makes it convenient for daily commutes or longer rides without worrying about battery life. This electric bike also has a smart LCD display allowing for easy monitoring of speed, battery level, mileage, and more. The display is clear and intuitive, offering a seamless way to navigate through different settings.The bike's frame is solid and robust, allowing for a smooth and stable ride on various terrains. The inclusion of a front shock absorber further helps the bike's capability to handle off-road adventures, providing a comfortable ride over bumps and uneven surfaces. Another excellent feature of this electric bike is its folding design, which helps with storage and transportation. This is such a cool bike we got this assembled in about 30-60 min and assembly was pretty straight forward with the instructions. The bike is good quality have so many cool features my favorite is the fact it folds for easier transport. It also has 3 modes, fully automated, pedal assist and fully manual like a regular bike. Charging the battery took about 5-6 hours and the battery is removable and can be charged in or out of the bike making this more convenient. With a full batter the bike can do 22 mile for fully auto and 55 miles for pedal assist which is pretty impressive. And the bike display shows you all this info so you know what to expect as you ride. Finally the ride itself was comfortable, easy and super fun. PS: all you need to do to turn on or off the bike is press and hold the M button

I’m writing this review to share my experience with the Gotrax F2 electric bike. While I initially encountered some challenges, I'm ultimately impressed with the company's support and the quality of the replacement parts.My journey began with a few initial issues, including battery problems and a broken rear wheel. While these were certainly frustrating, Gotrax's customer service team was always responsive and helpful. Although the process took longer than I had hoped, they worked diligently to address my concerns.The replacement bike I received appears to of excellent quality, and I've had no further issues. Gotrax has clearly taken steps to improve their product and customer service, and I appreciate their commitment to making things right.This bike is easy to ride, fun to ride, it looks cool too. Brakes on the F2V2 are outstanding. 🔥While I still recommend potential buyers to be aware of the potential for minor issues, I believe that Gotrax's dedication to customer satisfaction makes them a viable option for those seeking a reliable and enjoyable electric bike.

Everything we hoped for and more!! These run great , they fold and fit into our Prius V. We have taken them on vacay and they are the best! Great on all kinds of terrain! We like how they ride. My husband and I got matching bikes so it would be easy to share chargers. (it's the little things that help make life a little easier) I looked at many different styles and such , we really love everything about these - the range , the speed , the fat tires . the compactability , the comfort and more!Con - just one - the bike is heavy to pick up.But you could easily get a bike rack that you roll it onto , instead of picking it up ;)

They do not support this model anymore! You cannot get another battery. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, I’ve contacted the manufacturer of the battery directly. GoTrax support responses by email are generic and read like they are generated by AI. Customer service on the phone is outsourced to other countries and they just say sorry the battery is sold out. Taotao is the manufacturer of the battery and they won’t sell one directly and redirect you to Gotrax. This bike is worthless without the battery. If you get one that works you are lucky. Also the design is flawed. When folded it doesn’t lock to prevent unfolding and the hardwired connection to the removable battery is exposed when folded and easily damaged if tipped over. Because the bike is so heavy and not well balanced it has fallen over multiple times on me including the first day when unboxing. The mounts are not metal but plastic and I already broke the mount for the display because of the poor design and cheap parts
