Updated review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Try the Sangria! It is amazing and works so well. Disliked the coconut formula so much it nearly put me off Drybar dry shampoo all together. It was completely lacking on what it was originally designed to do. I liked the original because it was super effective but was a bit musky and I was looking for a better scent. My faith has been restored. Absolutely love the Sangria and lives up to the original formulation with a terrific fresh strawberry/ mango scent and leaves your hair wonderfully soft, full, and soaks up any oils for fresh day two hair.Old review: Coconut ⭐️⭐️I have been using Drybar detox original dry shampoo for years but I saw there was a new scent and absolutely wanted to try it. Who knew they had changed the formula so much that it is completely ineffective as dry shampoo. You might as well not use any at all. Trust me when I say stick to the original formula. This new formula does not work at all. Two stars only because I actually like the scent. Sorry Drybar this is a massive fail.

It left my hair flat and not quite greasy but clumpy like I had used too much cconditioner. Just in case - I skipped my leave-in conditioner and tried using more and shaking harder before spraying. There wasn't much improvement. But! Either I was using more than I thought, the bottle was half empty when I got it, or the nozzle broke (or all three) but it was empty / stopped working after four uses.

This Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo is hands down my holy grail hair product. I’ve tried so many dry shampoos over the years, and nothing compares to this one. Not only does it instantly refresh my hair and give it volume, but it actually keeps my hair looking clean for days — perfect for stretching time between washes without feeling gross.And the scent? I can’t even count how many compliments I’ve gotten on it. It smells so fresh and luxe, people always ask what perfume I’m wearing — and it’s literally just this dry shampoo! If you want something that makes your hair feel clean, look revived, and smell amazing, this is 100% worth it.

This is the only dry shampoo that works for me. I love the scent, though it is on the stronger side, so if you're sensitive to scent, it may be a bit overwhelming. That being said, once its sprayed on, it settles down, and leaves a mice, subtle scent. This makes my hair look fresh, and let's me go longer in between washings.

I’m a cosmetologist and I’ve tried a lot of dry shampoos. Like A LOT. This is one of my all time favorites for myself. I like the scent. It’s a very clean scent with a hint of floral. The sprayer always works and disperses a good amount of product. It also does its job. My hair feels clean and it’s soaks up any oil or left in product. I was also around cigarette smokers today and didn’t want to wash my fresh blowout out so I sprayed this all over my hair and it took that awful smoke smell away.To use this correctly though, spray 6-8 inches away from the scalp and spray the roots in sections. Let it sit for like 5 minutes and then brush your hair.It does have a bit of color. It’s almost a flesh toned spray which I haven’t seen before. I have brown hair with blonde balayage and a bright blonde money piece. This time works for my hair and after I brush the product in I don’t notice any color payoff. If you have dark brown to black hair though I’m not sure this will work for you. Maybe they have this in a dark toned version? I don’t know.If your sprayer is clogged just hold it under super hot water and wipe the excess off. It should be fine.The only bad thing is the price for this tiny bottle is way too high. It’s why I don’t buy it that often unless it’s on sale somewhere. I could buy another brand and the price point would get me at least twice the amount of product.

don’t get me wrong, it’s perfect for travel and it it a rather nice dry shampoo but i bought it with the intent of touching up my hair at school if needed. this makes it impossible! when sprayed, it leaves a strong, lingering scent that smells nice but like a grandma and it has a very visible white cast.

It adds volume without weighing my hair down, which is a major plus. I’ve also noticed it doesn’t leave any buildup like other dry shampoos, so my scalp doesn’t feel gross after a few uses.One of my favorite things is its easy application—just a few quick sprays at the roots, and I’m good to go. Plus, the can lasts long, so it’s worth the price. I’ve used it in between washes for work, travel, and even before heading out for a night out, and it always delivers.

I was very excited to try this product, but the spray nozzle doesn't work. I even had my husband inspect it, but it will not work. For some reason, I can't return the item even though it is defective? I guess I won't be replacing it because I don't want to deal with a company that has zero customer service.
