I love this fountain- ive had it for about a week and a half. My cat loves it, this isnt the first fountain we've had, I find it be quieter than the last one we had ( different fountain and brand entirely). My favorite thing about the coutain is all the parts (with accepting to the pump obviously) are stainless steel. This fountain came with instructions on how to properly take apart the pump for easy cleaning. I appreciate the little window to see the water level which is something I didnt have on our last fountain, it has a mesh filter and a porous sponge to filter out most contaminates.

I got this cat water fountain and switched from the plastic version to this. The condition was very good, and it works perfectly, just like a new one. The stainless steel design is sleek, easy to clean, and feels very durable. My cats took to it quickly and now drink more filtered water throughout the day, which gives me peace of mind about hydration. It does not have high reflection, which some stainless steel fountains have. Overall, this was a great deal for a reliable product.

Wonderful Fountain with Great Features. Let address them one at a time.• We have large cats and they like using the fountain. Kittens are also drawn to and use the fountain. Although we have multiple other water dishes, our cats immediately investigated and started using the fountain. There have been no issues with any of our cats, and this is the most used water source.• The fountain is quiet. My home office desk is 8 feet away and I can barely notice it unless I pay attention. Even at that it is a quiet gentle background sound. This is not using the flower waterfall insert just letting it flow up naturally.• Easy to set up and easy to keep clean. Stainless steel is easy to wash. The included filters that catch cat hair and dirt from paws. We wash them out well, let them dry, and reuse them This fountain lasts longer between cleanings than our other fountain.• The water tank is large holding about 1.75 quarts. This fountain has a unique feature of a blue LED light that shines through a clear water level indicator. We like using the blue light as a night light for our cats. There is also an on/off switch for the light.• Company has excellent customer service. We had a question early on and very shortly received an in depth answer.• There are a couple of considerations that can be addressed:• Our cats like to paw or occasionally splash in the fountain. We have found that running water greatly reduces this behavior versus still water dishes. Still, for our cats, the included rubber pad was not sufficient. We have always used trays beneath all our water dishes. For our large Veken fountain we used an 18” plant tray. It worked great catching splashing but then we had wet cat prints all over. The solution was a grid between the fountain and the tray that provides a dry surface for kitty feet and lets the water below dry. Lots of things could work. We cut the bottom out or a plastic crate from our local grocery that gives away the plastic crates that their produce comes in. This is easily visible in the attached photo.• Our cats love to chew on soft rubber cords, which are in our other fountain and most all low voltage devices. We get inexpensive 3/8” split wire wrap, enclose the wires and securely tape each end. Highly recommended and all of our cords are wire wrapped. You can see the wire wrapped cord in the attached picture.• Overall, this is a great fountain with excellent features. Definitely a 5 star.

I can only give this product 4 stars because the pump doesn't seem to last for more than a few months and I see from reviews others have the same issues. But positives and why I would still recommend. Very quiet, whether you use the fountain feature or not. Durable never had issues of leakage that some have mentioned. Very easy to clean, filters are easy to remove and replace and are a great replacement price. Functions as it should, and as described. Even though i had a pump issue after only a couple of months, i contacted the vendor through Amazon and the pump is covered by the 2-year warranty that comes with this product, they responded same day and shipped new one which i received 2 days later, I could not have asked for better customer service provided.

I have 3 cats, 1 of whom loved to play in the gravity water bowl, emptying out the water within a day or two by splashing in it. Someone told me that's indicative that they want running water, so decided to see if this would solve that problemAnd it does! He still paws at the water, but he doesn't dig at it (probably a combo of the fountain running + the height of the container). And it has benefits! Such as the filter, which helps keep their water clean, whereas the gravity bowl would get dirty with litter and other particles within a day. It probably lasts me 4-5 days with 3 cats. It seems like they are drinking water more often. So pluses all around as far as cat usability!It was easy to put together and parts seem pretty sturdy. Would prefer that the wall power adaptor be flatter? My cats have a habit of trying to knock adaptors out of the wall. Would also have been nice if the wire was braided, as my cats also like to play with wires sometimes. But this wire hasn't given them too much to play with. Just a suggested enhancement. The fountain itself is pretty quiet. Even comes with a little mat (although, given how my cat loves water, mat could be bigger xD)All in all, wish I would've bought this sooner. Would've saved me many a puddles on the floor!

I bought the stainless steel model. This fountain holds a week's worth of water for all four of my cats, and the water stays clean and cool. The fountain is easy to set up, easy to take apart for cleaning, and easy to put back together. it's very quiet and super easy to clean. I put everything but the plastic pump into the dishwasher once a week and clean the pump separately. I change the filters on schedule, too. Nothing ever gets slimy, not even the plastic pump! I love it!UPDATE: After seven months of use, the pump quit working. I contacted the seller and they replaced it free! Turns out that there is 2-year warranty on the pump. They sent me the replacement withing a week and it's working perfectly. And they were VERY nice about it.
