I love hiw it keeps the air in my room clean. It runs quietly. The functionality is great. There is no smell. It traps Allergens and it's easy to change.

Bought as like new to save some cash, and wasn't sure what to expect since these are air filters! They arrived quickly and while the box was beat up, the filters themselves were new. They work perfectly.

We love the Levoit air purifier we bought. It's worked great for our home. When it came time to buy replacement filters recently, we thought we should stick with the Levoit brand. Thought the replacement filters were easy to install and fit perfectly, when we turn the unit on now a strange smell blows in the air. The only thing I can compare it to is a school glue smell. It is really unpleasant and though we have been running the unit periodically over the last several days, the smell has not gone away. We are disappointed because we opened the packaging and don't think they can be returned.---UPDATE---I just wanted to update my review because Levoit really went out of their way to accommodate me based on my experience with the replacement filters. They reached out to me to solve the problem. A good company that cares about its customers.

These are legit Levoit filters, not the cheaply made knock offs. I keep my machine on auto 24/7 near my cat boxes, and it increases its speed on it’s own any time I sweep up cat litter (dust), or cook in the kitchen a good distance away (fumes). My complaint is that they only last about 5 months each, even with monthly vacuuming of both filters. Since the price keeps going up and up, running my machine is starting to feel more luxury than necessity. I sure hope the price will even out soon!

The company sent a email an made it right ...they sent me a new filter..Customer service was very helpful..I have had my air cleaner for a long time, I have replaced my filter 4 times of the time I have had it an never had a smell but this time the filter let's out a bad smell not sure how to describe the smell but it's not pleasant at all an with these filters costing so much it is very disappointing...the carbon in the filters seems very loose moving around like it's half full the old one dose not do that
