Satisfied customer.
Very easy to use. Not too heavy to move. If you are older you need to have a chair nearby in case you lose your balance, or you can purchase a desk to sit over the front of the walker. All in all very satisfied. It is much better than a bulky Threadmill.

Works well, a few minor cons
Works well with just a couple of nits to pick. I would prefer if I could select the display to be fixed on one readout rather than always rotating through several measurements, a minor issue. Another is it can take several adjustments to get the track to stay centered. Again not a big deal, but a bit tricky. Last, I just moved it and discovered it's been leaving an area of black dust on my carpet. Fortunately it vacuumed up cleanly with no apparent staining, but not a pleasant surprise. I've ordered a mat to keep under it, and would highly advise doing that as well. Otherwise it does what it's designed to do.

great purchase
Really like this walking mat and that I can move it from room to room. It takes a bit of getting used to because of it's compact style. Only regret is that I should have paid attention to the size. A wider base would have worked better for my big feet.

Good product and good customer service
I bought two of these for me and my fiancée since we both work from home. The treadmill is easy to use and works well.If you buy two, there is a problem that the remote controls activate both treadmills. Even if I was downstairs and the other treadmill was upstairs, one remote would activate both. I reached out to customer service and they helped me fix the issue by decoding and pairing the remotes. I'll share their instructions here in case anyone else has this issue. To pair your remote control with the treadmill, First try decoding then try pairing. Please follow these steps:Decoding method:Press and hold the 'Start' button and the '+' button simultaneously; the indicator light will start flashing. Within 5 seconds, turn on the treadmill's power switch. After hearing a 'beep,' the decoding is successful."Pairing method:Press and hold the 'Start' button and the '-' button simultaneously; the indicator light will start flashing. Within 5 seconds, turn on the treadmill's power switch. After hearing a 'beep,' the pairing is successful. (For treadmills made before October 2023, the indicator light will stay on continuously)."

Frustrating experience
I’ve had this thing sitting under my bed for a few months and I finally decided I was going to use it today. I’ve used it one time since I first got it, and apparently I took too big a step on it back then and put a crack in the front of the walking board that lays under the actual tread. It makes an annoying sound and feeling whenever I walk over the crack and it makes me not even want to use it. For reference, I’m only 165 pounds. Considering my extremely average weight, there is no way that I am heavy enough to crack something that is meant to be walked on. I don’t take particularly heavy steps and I did not run or jog on it.Additionally, the tread falls out of alignment very easily. I tried lubricating it and adjusting the tightness on the left and right side about a dozen times before I finally gave up. Even if no one is actually walking on the pad, it drags the tread into the right side of the walkway and it starts screeching as the rubber rubs against the plastic. The product looks very nice and the remote works well. There’s just some issues with its structure, I think. I’m frustrated because I don’t know if I actually caused the damage or if it was damaged during delivery. It’s definitely been too long for me to return it. It would be pretty hard to return something this big in the first place.

Good for the price
This thing is moderately heavy. If you're by yourself and you need to haul the package up a flight of stairs, you're prorbably going to want some help. That being said, opening the box up and putting the treadmill together is super easy.1. Take the whole thing out of the box2. Lift the side bars up. Tighten on both sides to hold it in place.3. Tilt the panel parallel to the ground and tighten that in place4. Plug it in. Turn the switch on.5. Make sure to put the magnetic emergency tab on), and press start.Once you flip the switch on, there will be a beeping sound which means that magnetic tab needs to be in place before it can run. You will see an E6 on the screen until you put that tab on.As far as it operating, the speed goes up in increments of 0.5mph and there is no incline. Not complaining as even with the heftier gym treadmills I don't use the incline, so this is not a deal breaker for me. When you're just walking, you do feel a resistance in each step, so it's not super smooth, but when I'm in a jogging pace, I don't notice this at all. It also has a 16.5" width for the actual tread space, so it doesn't feel like a tight space. If I'm really extending my gait, though, my feet will slip off the bottom edge. I'm 5'3", 170lbs, and I feel like the machine is sturdy enough and spacious enough. There is a slot for your phone at the top of the panel and it isn't too deep, but I feel confident enough to place my phone in it. It definitely won't fit an iPad (mine is 9.5"×7").I like to think I have moderate strength, and I found that after breaking it down to its flattest position, sliding it under the bed was slightly difficult. It does have wheels at the top side, but I found out that my bed has posts underneath down the middle of it and I don't have space at the foot of my bed to slide the treadmill in from that angle. I have to lie the treadmill parallel to the long side of my bed and push it in. Still not a deal breaker because I wanted the convenience of being able to store it under my bed. Folded, the treadmill lies about 5" high. Can't complain on that. The machine isn't whisper quiet, but definitely not any more noticeable than, say, a box fan or a stove hood vent on high setting.Going to the gym is not an option for me right now with COVID restrictions, and it's too dang icy on the roads and sidewalks, so this is my next best option. In terms of price, I thought it was still expensive ;p but I see most foldable treadmills similar to this one are priced at about the same or even more. I like that this can at least go faster than some of the other ones out there. I haven't tried going any higher than 7mph, but having the option to go up to this speed is important to me.If you're already a seasoned jogger/runner and you're used to going much faster for a longer duration, this might not be for you. I'm a noob jogger looking to increase my stamina in these winter months until I have enough (confidence :p) endurance to be outside by the spring.Overall, happy with this purchase.TLDR: Heavy if you're lifting it whole, easy to assemble/disassemble, folds flat and can store under the bed, can go up to 7.5mph/12kmh.
