Awesome little treadmill
The media could not be loaded. Pros:-It's small (fits under my couch!)-low cost-easy way to get steps in-simple to set up-comes with instructions and supplies needed for maintenance-fairly quiet-perfect for under desk-goes up to 4mphCons:-it could be a little wider. If I'm not watching my clumsy feet, I step off-it does not have any incline-I wouldn't say it's the quietest one I've found-the "step count" is very inaccurateOverall, this is a great inexpensive product to get your steps in either while using a standing desk or if you live in a smaller space.

Self-Care
I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend. It arrived in two days. The walking pad was packaged extremely well. I had the walking pad set up and in use within twenty minutes of its arrival. It is the perfect size for my needs. I set it up in my office. Once the walking pad was plugged in, I turned the power switch on, put the remote in my hand, pushed start and began walking. The remoteIs an excellent feature as it allows me to start walking slowly and gradually increase the speed. The pause feature is a nice bonus if I want to hop off the walking pad and grab a drink of water or a phone call. This is one of the best home exercise tools I have ever purchased. I'm able to get my steps in and get my body moving on days I can't get outside. The noise level is minimal. When it's not in use, I roll it under the guest bed. Easy peasy. Treat yourself! You won't regret it!

Good exercise, challenges core muscles too, arrived with damage
This is better than we thought it would be. On these cold winter days we can use it to get steps in, especially when taking a break from desk work. We have a small townhouse and this is the first fitness machine we have been able to fit in our space without it taking too much room.. I have loose ligaments, so this gives me more than a typical treadmill workout. Without a handle to hold, my core muscles are challenged to keep me vertical, and it is like an additional work out. It did come slightly damaged (see bashed edge in photo) but it does not appear to interfere with the operation of it, so I won’t return it unless it becomes a problem. It was very easy to set up, easy to use and not too heavy to move if needed. It is truly compact. Re:Safety. Take it slow at first, the balance is a bit tricky and I fell off sideways on my first try. I’m doing better the more I get used to it.

Great quality, works as intended
The media could not be loaded. I was apprehensive in buying this as it was a decent chunk of money and I didn't recognize the brand. However I decided that it was worth the risk in order to break up my sedentary routine. I ended up pairing it with a standing desk, also from Amazon. The walking pad is already assembled when it arrives so you don't have to worry about putting things together. All you have to do is plug it in, flip the switch, and use the remote to start it. The pad is very smooth (no random jumping/skipping/pausing) and easy to use with the remote that comes with it. The speeds are perfect for walking while working.I will say that I can't use this all the time. It's fine if I'm writing an email or something where my hands are steady on the keyboard, but trying to do anything with a mouse quickly becomes difficult as your arm sort of bounces around due to the movement of walking. However it's easy enough to just pause the walking pad. Make sure you have good shoes on, just like a regular treadmill!I have to move the pad around in order to swap between this and a chair. The pad is decently heavy, and I have to bend over to move it, so if you have back problems and anticipate swapping this out regularly this might not be for you. Also the pad is thinner than a regular treadmill so your feet may catch on the sides sometimes, but not often.Overall I'm really enjoying the feeling of getting off my rear and exercising while working my desk job. The prices is great for the quality. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve their health!

Good for the price
This thing is moderately heavy. If you're by yourself and you need to haul the package up a flight of stairs, you're prorbably going to want some help. That being said, opening the box up and putting the treadmill together is super easy.1. Take the whole thing out of the box2. Lift the side bars up. Tighten on both sides to hold it in place.3. Tilt the panel parallel to the ground and tighten that in place4. Plug it in. Turn the switch on.5. Make sure to put the magnetic emergency tab on), and press start.Once you flip the switch on, there will be a beeping sound which means that magnetic tab needs to be in place before it can run. You will see an E6 on the screen until you put that tab on.As far as it operating, the speed goes up in increments of 0.5mph and there is no incline. Not complaining as even with the heftier gym treadmills I don't use the incline, so this is not a deal breaker for me. When you're just walking, you do feel a resistance in each step, so it's not super smooth, but when I'm in a jogging pace, I don't notice this at all. It also has a 16.5" width for the actual tread space, so it doesn't feel like a tight space. If I'm really extending my gait, though, my feet will slip off the bottom edge. I'm 5'3", 170lbs, and I feel like the machine is sturdy enough and spacious enough. There is a slot for your phone at the top of the panel and it isn't too deep, but I feel confident enough to place my phone in it. It definitely won't fit an iPad (mine is 9.5"×7").I like to think I have moderate strength, and I found that after breaking it down to its flattest position, sliding it under the bed was slightly difficult. It does have wheels at the top side, but I found out that my bed has posts underneath down the middle of it and I don't have space at the foot of my bed to slide the treadmill in from that angle. I have to lie the treadmill parallel to the long side of my bed and push it in. Still not a deal breaker because I wanted the convenience of being able to store it under my bed. Folded, the treadmill lies about 5" high. Can't complain on that. The machine isn't whisper quiet, but definitely not any more noticeable than, say, a box fan or a stove hood vent on high setting.Going to the gym is not an option for me right now with COVID restrictions, and it's too dang icy on the roads and sidewalks, so this is my next best option. In terms of price, I thought it was still expensive ;p but I see most foldable treadmills similar to this one are priced at about the same or even more. I like that this can at least go faster than some of the other ones out there. I haven't tried going any higher than 7mph, but having the option to go up to this speed is important to me.If you're already a seasoned jogger/runner and you're used to going much faster for a longer duration, this might not be for you. I'm a noob jogger looking to increase my stamina in these winter months until I have enough (confidence :p) endurance to be outside by the spring.Overall, happy with this purchase.TLDR: Heavy if you're lifting it whole, easy to assemble/disassemble, folds flat and can store under the bed, can go up to 7.5mph/12kmh.
