After giving them some time to truly showcase their charm, I’m excited to share my thoughts!Upon unboxing, the design of the lava lamp immediately caught my eye. I was eager to see how it would perform, but I did notice that it takes a while to heat up and start working. Beautiful lava lamp purchased for my sister and she loves it nice a durable good size and not too bright

Nice lamp. Functions as expected. A new design take on an old concept. An incandescent bulb heat is wax in a water or oil fluid. It does put off heat but not as much as the ones I remember from the 70s. Good for winter.

The first thing I noticed was that there were pieces of wax floating at the top of the liquid, and I thought “That’s strange”. Then when I plugged in the lamp, nothing happened, so I checked the bulb. The bulb was blown out. At that point I realized that this lamp had been previously used, but it was such a pretty lamp and I really wanted to keep it. So I replaced the bulb and tried again. The result is pictured… one hard clump of wax floating around. The top portion of the lamp never got warm and the wax never melted. So disappointing!

This is a solid lava lamp for its cost. Sometimes it seems like the lava gets stuck in places and is perhaps a little foggy, but it does a fairly good job nonetheless. It will take a couple hours to heat up enough so keep that in mind. Looks pretty good and it is bright.

Look no further...this is the real deal.. beautiful wax globes provide great entertainment.

Purchased this lava lamp for our granddaughter and she loves it. It is very relaxing to watch and she leaves it on and can’t take her eyes off of it. Makes a great gift!
