The media could not be loaded. When I first got this, I tested it with something cold and of course, nothing happened and I was able to drink out of it. Even with hot beverages, held everything and while I could feel the heat, I didn't feel as though I was going to get burnt holding this mug. The designs on both sides of this mug is exactly what I was wanting, HUGE Office fan and I love that it doesn't come off when I wash this either. The quality of the mug itself is really good and whether I hand wash or put it in my dishwasher, it doesn't crack or break easily. Even after using daily for about 2 months, still no cracks, chips or breaking. Not to mention, this would be great gift for any Office fan.

I made my boss cry (happy, not sad), I gifted her this and something for her soon to be newborn. She has it on her desk now.

I feel like the mug is smaller than average mugs but can’t really complain overall 5 stars.

This mug came securely packaged, so well that you could throw it from the rooftop of Dunder Mifflin and it would survive. The mug itself seems to be great quality; it’s a nice weight ceramic and feels like the classic coffee mug that every office has. The print is surprisingly good quality— I almost always hand wash my printed mugs to prevent the design from getting damaged, but the print of this seems to be infused in the ceramic. I don’t think this print is going anywhere, and I’d be confident putting this through the dishwasher. I am removing a star from my overall rating because the design isn’t accurate to the show; the print isn’t stretched across the entire mug in the same way that Michael’s is. That aspect is slightly disappointing, but I’m still happy with the mug overall.
