How to Trade Options: A complete guide to trading options, trade strategies and risk management

Hey Brian, this was the second book I read that you wrote (first was the swing trade) but the third considering the Day trading by Andrew. I just want to say THANK YOU for sharing all this knowledge with us. I still have a lot to improve, knowing all the theory and tools but still missing the right time to enter or exit a position (DT or swing). Watching you guys live almost every day is helping a lot too. But this is my plan B that one day would become plan A, because I work for a company and even when I am not able to join the the live I go there just to hit the like button. Well, the boom is great and I learned a lot. My next reading will be Thor’s book that I already bought. Thank you again and Happy Trades!

Great introduction to options trading strategies and general trading fundamentals for the novice or aspiring options trader. Different uses of options are covered as well.

Brian is a natural instructor and is a very experienced trader. Like the very old EF Hutton ad, it is wise to listen to what he has to say.He is a leader on BearBullTraders.com and is well respected by all there.

I dont usually write reviews but after reading some other "OPTIONS" style book decided to write one here. This book took me only a few days to read and the biggest difference here (compared to others) was the simple explanations on different option types. The writer is from the BBT community (Bear Bulls trader) where you can see him trade most mornings. This is not a long book (nor in reality is one needed---as you can turn 50 pages of information into 200 with calculations..etc..etc---THIS is where I enjoyed the difference...get to the point...show an example or two--CLEARLY...then move on....--this was accomplished. I enjoy options but far from an expereinced trader---I give credit to a book if I was entertained (in a fiction style work) or learned something...which I did here in a few chapters....mostly about utilzing deep in the money option plays. I will look into his other books as well.

I have been following Brian for about a year now. I enjoy his weekly recaps on You Tube. I am new to options trading, and I used this book to get some guidance on options trading. Brian's book is straight forward and no nonsense. I learned a lot from the book and will try some of the strategies covered. Brian explains very clearly the topic of the Greeks. He keeps it simple, which enables a beginner like me to get a grasp on the basics.the book reinforces what Brian explains in his prevoius book How to Swing Trade. He is consistent in his teaching and explains things with an obvious wealth of experience. I recommend this book to anyone who is beginning options trading. It is a quick read if you have at least one year of trading stocks.

This book explains the options concepts in a concise manner with well thought out examples. Helped me get closer to trading options.

I’m a 74 year old well seasoned stock market trader. I have many books on options. I bought this book because Brian promised that his book contained many of his favourite strategies for short term option trading. I wasn’t disappointed. Brian is a very talented stock and option short term trader, showcasing his exceptional talents on the Bear Bull Trading chat room. His book is by far the best options book I’ve read because, as a very experienced option trader he explains options by focusing on the expected results rather than simply laying out the mechanics of the trade. It’s an, exciting, easy read. I’ve already profited handsomely from his many “rip your face off strategies”! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent book written by an experienced trader. Very useful for beginners and intermediate-level traders can also be benefited and to reflect on the tips provided by Brian
