Well priced and great customer service
I have had this walking pad since February 2024 and it's still working great!Set up was pretty easy (just plug in and pair the walking pad with the remote). The size was very convenient for me since I wanted to be able to tuck it away directly underneath my desk for easy access. I really like that this walking pad is lightweight and compact. I'm petite (with not such strong arms) but I was able to move it around easily enough.I read some other reviews about the noise. It is maybe not the quietest, but it was quiet enough for me. I have walked on it during plenty of video call meetings and my coworkers told me they couldn't hear it.I didn't have any issues with the walking pad itself, but my remote did suddenly stop working after about a year. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they asked me to reach out to their after-sales email address. The email address was also on the manual that came with the walking pad and I honestly didn't think it was a real email address but it was!After-sales customer service was so helpful! I emailed them and they responded back quickly. After-sales customer service tried to help me troubleshoot first and after that didn't work out, they shipped a new remote replacement to me. It was easy enough to pair the new remote to the walking pad and start using it again. Some things I don't like about it but doesn't bother me that much:- I think the cord length is rather short, 10ft would have been better especially since I had to deal with cable management around my desk already- The only way to change the speed is on the remote, so if the remote fails, can't actually use the walking pad. I know some walking pads are starting to have apps to also control the walking pad, but this is not one of them.- Some might want an incline feature but it's not included (I didn't care for this though)The biggest reason why I chose this walking pad was that it was affordable and seemed high quality after it was recommended by a coworker and after reading the reviews. I would recommend this walking pad to anyone considering buying a simple, easy to use walking pad.

Great device, short cord
So far, so good. Due to joint issues, I have to do my walking on a flat, stable surface, and I've dreamed of having a treadmill small enough to fit in my room for years. This fit the bill! It's sturdy. While I've fallen off a couple times (turns out that video games and a walking pad don't mix for me, sadly--and I just mean that I walked/stumbled off and landed on my feet), it was entirely my fault, and the device maintained stability.I'm able to actually get up a good speed! Pacing around doesn't allow for that. It feels good, and I'm burning more calories, sugar, etc.The price was perfect, and I feel like it's worth it, totally.I can't speak to the incline feature as I can't walk on one with my bum knee. But it doesn't force me to, and that's great!Since I've never used a treadmill before, I had to get used to the after-walk vertigo and how weird it feels to no longer stay in place afterwards. Slowing down by .5mph for 5 minutes in increments until I'm at the lowest speed at the end helps with that.My chief complaint is the cord length. It's about 5', and that means I can't reach anything and am stuck with music only for my walking companion. I like music while I walk, but I was really hoping to use this at my desk. A 10' or even 9' cord would have easily accomplished that, but I feel stuck to the wall with this one.The walking pad is quiet, smooth, easy to tuck away when not in use, and I'm happy to have it!I'll update this review if any of that changes.

Best bang for your buck under desk
Very well priced and works well. These even make for a good gift. I was looking for a treadmill with a low motor cage so my feed don’t hit the front while walking and I could easily move without having to adjust my stride. Even with my janky desk setup this did the job. It’s super light weight and portable. Some treadmills you’d spend a fortune on but this is just as effective. It’s remote controlled fyi but relatively noiseless and reaches the speeds needed to effectively work while moving which is great for your back. This is the perfect starter treadmill!I’ll note I ordered a second to gift to family. When UPS goofed and clearly sent it to the wrong address, the seller agreed to send a new one at no cost. Excellent service!
