Works good
I didn't use the saw blade but the clippers work great. They chopped right through libs I thought were too big. The whole thing seems very well made.

Pole saw
It is everything the advertisers said it is. Nicely made and very substantial. The only issue is its weight. However that was disclosed in the reviews.

Some might find it hard to use at full extension
The pole saw in the bag with accessories is almost 17 pounds - if you have all extensions attached it will seem like a lot of weight hanging out there since there is no counter weight except you holding the shaft. The blades aren't the best I've seen but they do a good job making rough pruning cuts. The pole sections are about 3 feet each - probably 1 meter. The two photos shows the pole at about 17 feet. Resting the pool on the branch isn't too hard and neither is cutting - the weight becomes an issue when the cut is made and it is only you holding up the pole. If you aren't anticipating the drop, it is hard to control its descent to the ground.Assembling the sections takes a bit of lining things up and i found a little resistance screwing the nut on. The difficulty gets worse as the pole gets longer but I think this is to be expected. I found some of the metal connector edges were sharp-ish. A bit of fine grit sandpaper took care of that after I noticed it.A final comment: if you think you'll need 27 feet, this is worth your consideration. Otherwise I suggest you consider a shorter pole saw. There are quality lightweight pole saws too but expect to pay for it.

Heavy duty.... and also heavy
This pole saw is high quality and will definitely get the job done (if it's within 27 feet, lol) but something to keep in mind is that what makes this thing so sturdy also makes it heavy so be prepared to have some upper body strength. The poles are metal, so not light, and the poles don't actually "telescope" in that they don't nest and retract, instead you have to screw together each pole to get the length you want. But again, that also makes this sturdy and less likely to bend/break and wobble around when trying to use it at the longer reaches. The carrying case is nice for storage and keeping everything together, and in general this just feels like it will hold up and last a long while. Get the job done, and get a workout too!

I found the blade too flexible.
The pole saw is well made and sturdy. I can’t imagine a person of average strength being able to maneuver it around if all the sections are attached for full length. But that’s inherent and to be expected with all pole saws, no surprise there. The unexpected drawback is that the blades are flimsy and too flexible compared to most. The blade snags and bends immediately when it touches a palm frond. So it requires repeated attempts at exacting placement before you can start to saw. It makes a simple task more difficult.

Cheaply made
At first I thought it was solid, made out of metal. With all the extensions on and going horizontal over a fence it had a little slope to it but manageable. I was trimming a tree in a gullywash over the fence in my backyard.I finally walked around into the gullywash and took out most of the sections to about 3. Trimmed ok and called it a day and noticed that a main revit that held head the cutting end to the post was gone.I put it away and went to register the product as you have 14 days to do it and I had it only a day. I scanned the code and there were only 4 things to do. The site really was not that great as it didn't have any products except a weather station, a little different than a trimmer, LOL.I tried again and my phone came up with a notice about a "risky" website do you want to continue and it was OK I have to register it so I hit continue. Still didn't work so I bagged it and went on Amazon to return. Packed it up and dropped it off first thing this morning.RECOMMEND YOU DON'T BUY IT.

Heavy, not quick to adjust, but worth it
This is one heavy pole saw. I guess if you are using it for shorter jobs, it is OK, but if you need the 27 ft reach it has some serious weight to it. However, that is the price you have to pay for something this solid. The poles and connectors are all metal, no cheap plastic that will eventually strip or break. It also doesn't flex nearly as much as a fiberglass or aluminum pole, like the one I used prior to this. My fiberglass pole saw was almost 10 feet shorter than this, so I had to climb a ladder and then use the saw to cut some of my higher palm fronds. I was starting to think I would have to start hiring someone to do the tall ones, but now I don't.It is also not very quick to adjust. My fiberglass pole had me undo a couple of plastic latches, then I could 'telescope' each pole section to the desired length. This one you have to get another extension piece, and screw it in. You can't even add it to the end, the sections have to be added to the middle, because the top has a different connection, and the bottom piece is different with the hand grips. Speaking of the top piece, for some reason it is the only piece that doesn't lock itself in from spinning. All the other pieces have a cross bar that fits into slots to keep them from spinning, but the top piece you just connect as tight as you can to avoid spinning. Not sure why they didn't use the bar / slots for that one as well.It even comes with a nice carry bag, feels plenty sturdy to carry around the serious weight of this saw. But, if you are using the saw relatively frequently, I would suggest leaving it either assembled, or partially assembled, because it really is more of a chore than just undoing a latch and telescoping. If you have to carry it somewhere else, at least you have that option. Actually, in the carry bag, it is shorter than my other pole saw which is not nearly as long overall when fully extended.Even the lopper requires more work. It is not part and parcel to the saw; you actually have to take the saw head off and put the lopper head on. While less convenient, this is a larger and more capable lopper than I have ever seen on my past pole saws, making it capable of cutting off larger branches than I ever could before. So, the downsides I see with this are what makes it so strong and sturdy. Considering its' impressive length, the sturdiness is extra important, far more so than ease of adjustment. If you want something that is light and easy to adjust, this is not for you. If you want something solid, strong, long, and built to last, this is the ticket. Extra blades are appreciated, as well as the carry bag, and even a pair of gloves.Definitely recommended for serious, not easy work.
