Meet March: A children's book about the beginning of springtime and March celebrations (The Calendar Kids®)

I have already purchased 3 of these wonderful books for my 1st. grader granddaughter. These books are part of a series of 6 books, from January to June. My granddaughter wants the whole series and I plan to buy it for her:) Her teacher also reads these books in her class. They are educational, fun and it teaches children the meaning of friendship and kindness. They also inspire children to read because the words used are 100% focused towards this age group, due to the fact that the author is also a 1st grade teacher!!!

My students were very engaged in listening to this book during our Language Arts meeting. They loved the story. I love how the author introduces the month of the year, celebrations, and how the story takes place.

My partner is a first grade teacher. He reads these books at the beginning of every month to his kids. They absolutely love it. They get so excited at the beginning of each new month asking if he has another Calendar kid book to read them. Very cute idea. Helps little ones understand the changing of the months and seasons, what to expect and what to look forward to. Highly recommend not only to parents but teachers of little ones as well.

I love this series! It’s so fun that it touches on different things that happen in the month of March.

My daughters LOVE the Calendar Kids book series. Every book is wonderful and we get a new one out each month. I can not wait for her to finish the series. These are a must have for every preschool - elementary childs library.

This book is so cute! My students loved it! I can’t wait to get all of the books in the set! I love that the characters remain the same throughout all of the books!

I seriously can’t rave about these books enough! My 5th grade students LOVED them and couldn’t wait for each month to follow. Will definitely be ordering the rest as they come out for this school year!

A new book in my classroom is always a great thing. My students love books and this was a great addition to our classroom library!
