NO instructions. A parts list instead of directions.
The package was securely done. My problem was the same as others. NO DIRECTIONS! The papers that came with the windshield, I would describe as a parts list rather than instructions. After several assembly and disassembly I got it secured. It did fit my 2006 FLHPI without incident. Awesome job on blocking wind.

This is not crack resistant
I work with windscreens, soft drill, tape, cut vents in them to customize them for my friends. This product basically exploded like cheap glass. First time I’ve ever seen such substandard material. I have no idea where it’s made or where the material came from but please save yourself the cash and go elsewhere. This might be okay for a moped but never a motorcycle. Invest an extra $100 and get a real windscreen product for your bike.

Pretty awesome for the price. Perfect fit on my 08 FLHRCI
Arrived very well packaged with no blemishes on windshield. My first thought was its very light and thin however, once put together, it felt quite solid. No step by step instructions, just a diagram. I have replaced many OEM windshields over the years so it was pretty straight forward. Was a perfect fit on my 08 Road King Classic. Looks like a new Harley again at the fraction of Harley's price tag for an OEM windshield. Very pleased and would purchase again.

adapted to old bracketing
We made this work with mounting bracket that was on the bike when we bought it. So this is the only reason I didn't rate the mounting system that came with the product & also the only reason I only gave it 3 stars on easy to install as we had to do a few minor alterations on it, drilling a couple holes bigger for rubber grommets from prior shield. It Looks great!

Part not correct?
The two springs that were shipped with the shield did not fit properly. the picture of the spring in the parts list looked different than the spring in the installation step 2 procedure. Returning the shield!
