Aurora FC-103BL Fully Assembled Modern Soho Design 3-Drawer Metal Mobile File Cabinet with Lock Key, White/Aqua Blue

I have a tiny office area on my sunporch and needed a filing cabinet to handle all my paperwork. This one is AWESOME! It came very securely packed in a big box, fully assembled. All I had to do was take it out of the box, unlock the two front wheels, and roll it into my office.Initially I was planning to purchase a filing cabinet with two file drawers. I am glad I went with this one instead. The single drawer is more than roomy enough to handle all my papers and now I have two smaller drawers for my office stuff. I especially like the tray that is included. It is a great place for pens, paperclips, etc.The build quality on this is great. I have used metal filing cabinets that feel very flimsy. Not so with this one. The drawers are very solid and feel substantial. There is a safety mechanism that prevents opening more than one drawer at a time. It will take a little while to get used to that, but makes much sense in preventing the unit from tipping over. There is also a small wheel on the front of the bottom drawer that helps balance the load when you have the drawer pulled out. It is a good safety feature.I LOVE the aqua color. My home has lots of aqua accents and this cabinet looks great in my office. I especially like the sleek drawerfronts. The sides have subtle indentations as pulls and I have found it no problem to open them one-handed. (I was a little worried about that.)The cabinet came locked to prevent the drawers from opening in transit. When I unlocked the cabinet, it seemed like a very smooth mechanism.All in all, I am really happy to have a well-built, nice looking file cabinet for my space. I think this is a great option for a home office. It feels very substantial, holds a ton of files, and the color is great!

Well made and fully assembled. Contemporary looks and fun color that makes me happy -for what would otherwise look like a generically sad office furniture. They are packed extremely well (see photo) and feature the tiny skipper wheel at the front of the file drawer to prevent tipping over when the drawer is extended and weighed down by the expected files. Pencil organizer is included and it floats over the drawer so other things can go under it. Real locks and keys -I checked and the keys of each of these that we received can indeed only open that cabinet and no others of the same model abs brand. Common to such folder drawers, these too can accept file folders either by width (standard letter size) or by length (legal size). My only complaint is th annoying feature that upon opening one drawer it automatically locks the other two. I get that it’s to prevent front loading weight to topple the thing over but it already has the wheel that prevents that so this should be up to the end user to choose or disable. Otherwise -still 5-stars abs very happy.

It me such a long time to decide upon a small filing cabinet, because Amazon has so many to offer. But I am so very, very happy that I decided upon this Aurora cabinet, with the blue front, because I just love it!!! First of all, it arrived on time and was not as heavy as they said -- the comparison chart on Amazon said this cabinet weighed 50 pounds, but I think that it weighs less than that, for I was able to handle it by myself and to remove it from the box all by myself. Secondly, it arrived with the five casters already on the cabinet, which was a wonderful bonus! Then it fits so nicely in my space and looks perfect with the teal colored card table I also ordered from Amazon. and I love the softer color of it than the bright color I feared. Finally, and most importantly, the drawers open and close so perfectly and smoothly that it is a joy to use. Indeed, I am seriously thinking of ordering another one, for I could use a second file cabinet, and want to order a second one exactly like it, before they sell out.So thank you, Amazon and Aurora, for helping me create a home office with a teal colored card table, and a light blue and white small file cabinet!!!

Pretty much the only time I write a review is when something really impresses me. This is a GREAT filing cabinet. It's well designed and built. Metal has clean bends and no sharp edges. The drawer slide mechanism is good quality and solidly attached. The whole thing rolls very smoothly. It was also packaged EXTREMELY well. And yes, one of the reasons I bought it was the color and I love it. I am sick to death of boring colors.I'm downsizing from a truly gorgeous, vintage Steelcase 5-drawer cabinet with art deco handles and while this can't quite rival that I'm exceptionally pleased with it.

The media could not be loaded.  I love it!!!!!!Perfect size and colour is just as beautiful as the picture. Love the feature that only allows for one drawer to be opened at a time so it is less likely to topple.Keys came in the small ziploc on top of the cabinet and taped to it. All I needed to do was unbox it and open it with the key and the assemble the four piece rack for the hanging files. Super easy. Perfect for me.Wheels are sturdy and smooth.

Edit: The new one is about an inch shorter (or taller, I forget) than the one I got three years ago, but otherwise it's a perfect match.------ I just came back for a second one so I thought I'd leave a review.I am not delicate with anything, but this looks like new, acts like new, and has never given me any problems at all, ever.
