Save your money do not buy this. It’s not worth it. I don’t gag on anything but this made me gag.

This is delicious! I had never tasted sea moss gel gel before. The name makes it sound more odd than it is. The flavor is mild. You can definitely taste the pineapple. You can even see tiny bits of it in this. It is sweeter than I would like. It is sweetened with agave nectar which has more calories and is very bad for diabetics. It is definitely NOT KETO FRIENDLY! I guess that's why they don't list the nutrition facts on here. One serving (2 tablespoons) has 6 grams of carbohydrates with one gram of fiber. It also has 5 grams of sugars. It only has 10 calories, but I'm sure that most of them are from the agave. Unfortunately that makes it bad for me. The texture is soft and gelatinous, but it's thicker and smoother than regular jam. It has great versatility. My husband and likes to add it to teas. It also tastes great added to lemonade or smoothies. My husband plans to try it in many other beverages. It also tastes great alone. Overall this isn't a bad product. I just wish that the makers were more transparent about the ingredients, so that people could make a more informed decision about buying this.

We like to add ocean-type foods into our diets for the added nutritional value we don’t get from our usual foods. We eat a lot of vegetables, some unusual. Sea moss has a distinctive flavor, which you need to give time to grow on you.I sometimes make my own jams out of fruit, so am used to jams and jellies of this consistency. It’s like a cross between a smooth jam and honey. Good on the spoon. However, this particular pineapple flavor is difficult for me personally to get used to. It’s like when you drink different versions of the same green tea, some you prefer over others. So although this is natural fruit, it’s not going to be eaten from the spoon by me, but put in smoothies by my spouse. It’s just a personal preference. You should try it and see how you like it. The quality of this product is very good. There are several flavors to experiment with. They make good gifts for foodies, and the jars look very nice.

Sea Moss is a new food for me that I really like. The pineapple one has bits of real pineapple. It tastes delicious. The major benefit that I noticed is more efficient digestion.I was really happy to see that this sea moss gel can also be used as a facial. As a food, the organic freshness of this pineapple sea moss gel gives it a relatively short shelf life.Sea Moss has become part of my healthy diet.

It’s weird how much I like this. I’ve had sea moss before, and never have I thought to eat it with a spoon. But his is surprisingly tasty. It doesn’t mix super easily with drinks unless you blend it, but it did mix a little. It has a good pineapple flavor and tastes like the gel part of pie filling. I never thought I’d say this about a jar of sea moss gel, but I’d buy this again.

I'm not a fan of this on its own. However it is good when mixed into other things, like a smoothie or stirred into Greek yogurt. On its own, it has kind of a weird consistency that I'm not real fond of. It's kind of a cross between slime and jelly, but not quite either. I also expected the pineapple flavor to be much more pronounced. That was disappointing. The only way to get more flavor, when stirred into yogurt, was to add more, but then the weird consistency becomes too prominent. I don't plan on getting this again.
