I appreciate the quality at the pot. It has served me well I’ve made lasagna casserole I’ve made stewed lamb. I’ve made rice dishes in the oven. I’ve made bread and I’ve only had this pot for about a week. I do enjoy the color. It’s very vibrant.

Went to wash before using it and had a raised spot, I went to scrub the area to inspect, and the enamel chipped. I wanted to make some caramelized onion roux for a soup now that whole deal is off.I wanted to leave pictures with the return yet I am stuck at home because of an injury and the inconvenience of sending someone to return it will cost about the same as of a replaced item.Maybe I got the bad egg in the batch. The packaging was top notch at least. Maybe I can use it to bake bread still? Expected more for the price.

This pan is a beautiful shade of turquoise blue. I included a picture of it beside another Dutch oven pot that I got from Amazon of a darker blue. It is good quality, heavy and thick. It’s easy to clean, heats up fast and holds the heat in well. I was worried that it would be small but it’s not, the size is perfect. It measures 13 inches across (not including the handles). I just made a grilled cheese in it to try it out and it worked great! I’m excited to add it to my collection.

Really nice quality cast iron pot, we went with the blue and looks really nice. Very well made and have baked bread in it few times and comes out perfect plus very easy to clean.

Was für eine tolle Qualität. Hochwertig gearbeitet, keine Glasurfehler, wunderschöner Farbverlauf. Ich habe Töpfe von Le Creuset in derselben Farbe und ganz ehrlich - ich finde keinen Qualitätsunterschied.

One thing positive to say about the Dutch Oven is the rich colour. It's stunning, and the pot is heavy. Is it worth it?? No. A few side complaints about this product is the lid is not a snuggle fit, there is a wobble to it. Then I read the instruction booklet and that's when my smile disappeared. In Australia's cooking terms, it seems we cannot go past 200 Celsius. On your page it states 500 Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) well that's a lie to consumers to buy it! It brought it to bake sourdough bread and 200 Celsius is too low of a temp. It also states you can not heat it without nothing in it! Again, to all artisanal bread makers 'STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY' and the shipping price is crazy. You're better off buying yourself a ceramic baking dish.
