For the price
As title reads For the price & the amount of effects … it isn’t a bad little pedal

Well construction but I don't believe this is a true bypass
This pedal, I am in between with. I pride myself with how my amp is super quite when I activate lead or distortion on it. But when lead is activated on the amp the pedal gives a nasty hum.The pedal is 9V powdered and the hum I know isn't coming from my power supply because I tested it out with my other pedals I own.In my FX Chain it is set up as so: Tuner > Compressor > Over Drive > Distortion> Flange The pedal between the Flange and the Distortion is my channel select pedal and reverb. The pedal above the Flange is my looper pedal that is connected in its own loop to the send and return to my amp.25 years of experience with guitars I can honestly say I did not set up my FX loop because when I throw on a different pedal in place of the STRICH Modulation Ensemble I do not get a hum or buzz when I activate the lead channel to my amp. This does not take a battery you will need to provide your own power supply to it. The velcro grip is really strong so I don't see the pedal moving around any time soon.I do like the effects on it. But some of the effects I feel destroy the signal to the guitar more so than bend it like a true flange, or phaser. They might be just emulating the effect like in one of them multi effect pedal boards like a Line6 floor pod or something like that.Idk I like it, but I don't like the hum I get.

Maybe not.
After about a day the unit stopped working correctly so I started a return. It started to always be distorted no matter how I set the level. As would be expected with a true bypass, it sounded fine on bypass so I know it wasn't the cables or the guitar. I changed the cables and the power supply but It still wouldn't pass a sound that didn't sound like a broken amp. I did not ask for a new one since I had it enough to know that, at least for me it's not something I would really use. Here are the niggles and as a whole, while trying to be fair, it's just not for me.It can't be run on battery. It has to be on a wall wart power supply. Luckily I had a couple of the right voltage and polarity. Chorus sounds are a little flat. Flangers, again for me are useless and while on the chorus, the level, more of a mix but labled level did seem to work as a wet dry mix on the flangers I couldn't get a sound that was properly blended. The U-vibe sound is a joke. The tremolos lacked sufficient control and again I never got a sound that I liked and again the level control seemed to have no effect. Lastly the writing is REALLY little. Unless you use it for a ond and done effect and you need to read it you'll have to get on you knees or have it on a table. Not really a good look for a live show. Now for being fair part:Before it farted out, I did get some sort of useful chorus sounds even if they were a little flat. The box is strong, compact and seem to be well put together. Jacks are tight to the case and the knob work smoothly. Intructions are sparse and the writing is teensy but adequate. There is not description of what the sounds do like the difference between optical and bias tremolo and positive or negative flanger. The box is nice enough to keep and use to protect the pedal in a gig bag. A pre-cut, self adhesive velcro piece (both sides) is in the box for putting on a pedal board.I haven't tried the other under $50 pedals that are here on amazon so I can't comment on value for money but as I said above, it's well built for the money and mine may never have been working correctly before it gave up.

Feels cheap, very low effect volume
Selector switch feels cheap. Effect is very low even when turned up. This will probably be returned.

Lots of effects for not lots of $$$
I am liking this line of pedals. If you are interested to see what these new Strich pedals are all about this is the one (of those I've tried) i would check out first. It has a good selection of modulation effects. From chorus to flanger, phaser, vibe, univibe, tremolo and auto filter. So As long as you only need one modulation effect at a time this has got you covered. I have been playing guitar for 40 years now and I think a pedal like this would be useful for anyone from a beginner all the way up to someone playing small clubs. Basically someone looking for decent performance without spending a ton of money. I would use a pedal like this on a second pedal board I use to play gigs that don't pay, or pay very little. That might seem petty, but I just can't show up with the same 5-8k of gear I'd use to play a gig where I am paid well to perform for someone who really doesn't respect me as a musician. I mean shouldn't the people who respect me and pay me accordingly get more and better for that money? But I digress,... These are actual pedals, they don't look feel or sound like toys, which is somewhat impressive at this price point. My only problem is the location of the power inlet. It's right next to the input jack and when on a pedal board it's a little tricky to mount.

Nothing special
Was looking to save some valuable space on my board, but similar to the Behringer pedal with similar features I found it difficult to see which effect was selected. This is due to the small font, the abbreviations and the design on the pedal.Due to the nature of the multi-selectable presets, each effect has to have their settings changed. Fine if you only intend to use one effect most of the time, but if you wish to change between songs it's a pain., especially when you have to get a torch and crouch down to the pedal. The effects themselves were ok, but nothing special compared to pedals that just do the one effect.

Good for beginners.
A good quality peddle with plenty of effects to choose from. It requires a 9v power supply which isn’t included. There’s no noticeable sound quality issues while using the peddle. This is ideal for amateurs wanting to expend and experiment with kit outside of just and guitar and amp.

Build quality ok. Some good effects.
It’s good value for money and I was impressed with the build quality. My brother ended up taking it and using it. He said it was okay. Some good effects such as 2 choruses, 3 flangers, 2 vibratos, 1 phaser, 2 tremolos, and 1 auto filter. You can switch effects easily and seamlessly. It doesn’t come with its own power supply but he has other pedals so he used one of the supplies from that. If you want a budget electro harmonix style pedal then it does the job.
