PLEASE NOTE MY REVISED REVIEW IN CAPITAL LETTERSAFTER POSTING THESE REVIEWS AND RUNNING INTO DEAD ENDS WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT, I WAS CONTACTED BY KEVIN, A CUSTOMER SUPPRT SUPERVISOR. HE SENT DETAILED AND INFORMATIVE EMAILS (AND RESPONDED TO MIY EMAILS VERY QUICKLY), WHICH EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM.EVIDENTLY, THE CARTRIDGE DESIGN FOR MY PRINTER (AN HP LASER JET PRO MFP MP182 nw) IS LESS THAN OPTIMAL. I WAS GETTING THE SAME BLUE DOTS IN THE MARGIN AFTER REPLACING THE SMART INK TONER WITH HP OEM TONER SO I WAS STILL SKEPTICAL ABOUT SMART INK'S EXPLANATION.AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE, KEVEN SENT ME NEW TONER FREE OF CHARGE AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING WELL. EVEN IF I DID HAVE TO GO THROUGH TIME WASTING STEPS TO GET TO IT, THIS SORT OF CONCERN AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT ATTENTION IS VERY RARE THESE DAYS.BASED UPON THIS RESPONS, I WILL BE GIVING THEM ANOTHER SHOT AND I HAVE CHANGED MY INITIAL RATING.THAT SAID, I ALSO WILL BE KEEPING A STAND BY SET OF OEM CARTRIDGES IN MY SUPPLY ROOM GIVEN THE APPARENTLY FLAWED CARTRIDGE DESIGN.____________________________________I have a two month old HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M182 that has worked great since I bought it. I thought I would save some money buying non HP toner cartredges and made he mistake of buying this product from Smart Ink.Every page comes out with big splotches of ink all over the document, as shown in the attached photo.I contacted Smart Ink product support and reached an offshore customer service representative who was difficult to understand. She could not commuicate about basic ideas. For example, she kept tellig to "look at the ink." After going ound and round, I finally asked her if she meant "ink cartredge," and she said yaes. That was one of several examples.In the end, she didn't have any insight into the problem and could not even make a suggestion. Thankfully, she agreed to refund the purchase price, whichI am told will take up to 48 hours.I am a small business person who did not have an extra hour to invest in this problem, nor can I afford to be without a printer for a couple of days while I order HP product.I won't be doing business with Smart Ink again and I suggest that you do not either.The product is unusable.UPDATESmart Ink responded to this review and has promised to refund the purchase price. Now, the bad news.Just as expected, the leaky cartridges have permanently damaged an essentially new printer. I replaced the defective Smart Ink Cartridges with HP branded toner and ran clean up diagnostics through the HP app. The problem is better but now pages print with a line of blue dots on the left margin, as shpwn in the second photo.I have over $1,000 in professional time wasted trying to make this terrible product work. Refund or not, I will now be spending money on a new printer. The replacement cost is $430.00.I will chalk this up as a lesson in false economy. I saved $150.00 by not buying HP branded toner. even with a refund, I will end up at least $430.00 out of pocket with $1,000 plus in lost professsional billings while I monkey around setting up a new printer after the time wasted troubleshooting.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

There was nothing comparable for the price - my printer is for home use and I couldn't justify spending hundreds of dollars on ink, but I knew once I did, it would last forever being a laser printer - so I tried this.it worked with no issues aside from the color being a bit off. I contacted customer support on their website and they responded to chat right away. They had me show them a couple of my printed pictures, had me run a test on my printer, and based on the results, they decided to just send me all new ink. I don't even have to return the old ink.It would have been great for it to work perfectly the first time, but in this day and age, to get a company to not give you any trouble about fixing the problem and at no cost or extra effort from me, I'm happy.I will edit my review if the new ink doesn't work - but based on other reviews I am guessing it will.

Purchased the 4 pack of toner cartridges to replace HP 215A. Directions provided with the kit are thorough and easy to follow. I had a problem with some cartridges not being recognized by the printer and customer service shipped all new cartridges within a couple days. Love a company that stands by their product!

My experience with Smart ink has always been great. I use their ink for my inkjet printer as well as my laser printer. I love the ink quality and love their customer service. I had one toner that didn't work correctly. And the next day they sent me a replacement. I am very thankful.

I bought a few of these and they were great but when I had an issue with a set of color toners, the company replaced immediately. They were extremely helpful and responsive.

Yellow is over saturating printed documents. I had a printed copy of a marriage certificate in color with the toner that came with the printer, it was fine. After replacing the Yellow toner I had to print the same certificate again and it is unusable. All documents in yellow are so over saturated that it ruins the prints. I did use the black toner and there was no issue so perhaps it was just the yellow. I have not use the blue or red yet

The print quality was problematic due to a leak in the cartridges. However Smart Ink resolved the problem immediately which is a plus.Smart Ink expeditiously replaced the faulty cartridges and they work wonderfully. Thank you for being attentive.The new smart ink cartridges works beautifully. I am well pleased.

Replace cartridges sent that didn’t work in my printer because chips didn’t match. Young lady that helped me was very helpful and extremely nice
