Warranty Service
Contacted LUGGEX on Saturday with a warranty issue. They immediately responded and offered to provide a replacement ASAP. You really have to admire a company that stands by their product and resolves the issue in a timely manner without frustrating and undue burdens.

Get lots of compliments, it’s cute and stylish yet pretty heavy. Keep that in mind as you pack, it takes away from packable content.

Lock Mechanism Breaks After Second Use
Does this come with a warranty? I bought this November 24, 2024 and used it twice. The second time I used it both the lock mechanisms broke and a lot of my items were lost because I had to check this bag in due to an Asian airline weight limit. The airline had to seal my bag and I didn’t want to unwrap it for the trip. Seemed like a great carry on so maybe faulty lock mechanisms?

Excellent luggage, excellent service!
I received the Luggex all aluminum 20" Carry-on last Sunday. It is beautiful, well made and better than expected. Love it.However, I had an issue with one of the locks. I emailed Luggex last Sunday night and they contacted me first thing Monday morning. We attempted several things to diagnose the issue. They ended up shipping me a new, replacement Carry-on today (Tuesday). Luggex stands by their products and their customer service is first rate! I will be a repeat customer! Highly recommended!

looks beautiful
Bought this and my only complaint is you have to open it, unzip the liner and manually collapse the handle. The push button stopped working boarding my first flight. Kinda disappointing considering it makes stowing in the overhead an ordeal

Doesn’t fall over
I absolutely love this suitcase. I am able to fit a lot in it. It’s easy to open and close, rolls easily and is very sturdy

Would buy again.
Have used this so far on 2 international trips. Work great. I like the 2 separate compartments instead of one big one. It does have a couple dings and scratches but doesn't bother me. Rolls really well on various surfaces.
