Excited to have this bed due to my small bedroom. Need the extra space. Strong support, the width is the one shown in the photos. Came in 3 boxes like the one shown. I had someone else build it and took them 4.5 hrs from beginning to end.

The media could not be loaded. If you are questioning whether you need a Murphy bed the answer is absolutely. Recently turned a spare bedroom into an office, but found that there was not enough room with our guest bed in there. We purchased the full mattress size Murphy bed and it fits perfectly. I would take more pictures but the product photos do it justice. Took about four diligent hours to put together. Just need to be able to find studs and you are off to the races (there is a joke in there). High quality with heavy duty hardware makes be convinced this bed will last many years! Been wanting a Murphy bed ever since I saw Who Framed Roger Rabbit (in 1999) and I am glad this is the one that I purchased.

I had this bed installed in my spare bedroom. It is attractive and functional. I had a friend install it and there were no issues. The manufacturer was generous with additional parts and had anchors to accommodate various surfaces.

While my husband was the main one putting it together he did so in 3 days. Now we are in our late 60s so we took our time but it is built solid and looks like it's going to last a lifetime. All the tools were included!
