Helps my sciatica
Does a good job relaxing my muscles. This thing can get in pretty deep so be careful. It’s a good value for the money. Its very light and portable while still be very sturdy. Very easy to use.

Hurt myself
I used it lying down. I must have touched a nerve because I had problem with my leg/walking for 2 days. A massage therapy session made me feel better but I still feel dull pain when walking. So buyer beware.
