My figure came in good condition, nothing was broken. Out of the box, it was easy to assemble and display. I think that it was a good value for how much I paid for it.

Sculpture came broken.

looks great, no broken pieces. The sword was only slightly difficult to fit into the slots, but not bad.

Pa caja que utilizan para resguardar la figura es de súper mala calidad, también los blisters lo son!, ya que la figura me llegó con un muslo nalga algo medio salido a consecuencia de la caja que se “encargaría” de proteger la figura!. De ahí en fuera es de buen tamaño y está pasable!. Créanme yo colecciono Kotobukiya que cuestan arriba de los 100 dólares!. Si no quieres gastar mucho pues esta es tu figura y si eres un buen coleccionista no te la recomiendo!. Aún así he sido buena onda y les doy 3 estrellas!.

I ordered this as a gift for my wife. When it arrived it was broken in several places. I couldn’t attach the sword pieces to each other or the figure itself, and there was a flower broken off of the piece as well. The figure attaches to the base very precariously and topples over a lot. The paint job on the face and details is also very poor. Overall the quality is very bad especially for the price. Furthermore, the customer service is bad.I tried to return the broken figure and was offered a refund assuming I sent the product back. Which I understand, however, now I have to go out of my way to re-package it and go to the store to drop it off for a return. I would have to pay extra to have it picked up by a mail carrier, which is inconvenient and ridiculous. I don’t recommend this product or seller whatsoever.

The sword is broken as other reviews say. Even if you are actually supposed to put it together yourself the pieces do not fit into place and they fall right off. Exchanging for a new one and if it happens with the next one I'm just going to buy the real one.
