I purchased this product for my daily commute between apartment and office with around 15 mins single trip. This e-bike has made the commute less tiring and more convenient. You don’t have to strain your legs as much when pedaling and going uphill is a lot easier with that extra push. However, if I’m trying to get more exercise in, I will use it the traditional, non electric way. I like that you can switch between the two functions when you want that extra challenge or just for a smooth ride. The handles are durable and easy on the hands while the seat is comfortable. The battery life is fit to my need, I only need to charge it once a week. I recommend this for anyone wanting to pay a little extra amount for an e-bike to make commuting easier and more comfortable.

Do not, I repeat, do not purchase anything from this company. They are a complete scam!! I purchased an ebike from them in April and the motor and all other electric parts stopped turning on approximately two months later. It's now December, four months later, and I am still dealing with this so called company. Customer service is all but non existent, emails are answered whenever they feel like it but not before giving you an excuse as to why it took them so long to respond. Replacement parts, not from the USA, are cheap plastic parts that do not work. I was sent three different parts at three different times when each one did not work. No one answers the phone. I checked the Better Business Bureau, which I should have done before dealing with these scammers, and there are over 500 complaints against GoTrax.Save your money. They take a guess at what the problem is, even though you send a video showing what the problem is and a detailed explanation and they send you the cheapest item that truly has nothing to do with what your complaint is. Save your money, save your sanity. Stay away from this company!!!
