Beautiful doors!!!!!!Make sure your installer knows what they're doing. Wheel got stuck. Track not installed straight. 2 weeks to get them to fix it.Love the doors!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service!!!
I ordered this shower door for our new home and was excited to get it installed as soon as possible. The first thing I noticed was the weight and quality of the glass and other parts. Unfortunately, as I started reading the directions it said that the shower threshold (or shower base curb) had to be 3 1/4” wide. Unfortunately our threshold is only 2 3/8” wide so I couldn’t use this door. I was very disappointed because I really liked the look of the show door. You may ask why I am giving them 4 stars when I couldn’t even use their door. The reason is because of their outstanding customer service!! They were very responsive and went over and above to turn this into a positive experience. I would certainly do business with them again.

Badly engineered product. Doors does not stay in closed position due to weight+weak top guiding bar.
DO NOT BUY - door does not stay in in closed position. They slides back to center, due to their weight. The top guiding bar bends enough to pull the door back in center.Bar should have been designed to bear the weight of the glass.Unfortunately, the door is out of return window and these problems cannot be discovered until one installs them.

Heavey glass shower doors
OMG heavy! Almost 350 total. Be strong if you get these. And don't buy until ready to use. Sat in garage for months before installed, so passed the date of return of course. Would not have purchased something this heavy, but hubby insisted on them. There were cheaper, lighter options I preferred we could have used. It isn't like we are tough on the glass doors. We have lighter ones in other bathroom, and have been there almost 30 years.
