Got this for a birthday gift as I thought it would be fun for a teenager boy but once he tried it we were kinda disappointed it was like too retro for us we were not expecting that but I guess that’s what we purchased

Has a lot of repeat games to make up 20000+ advertising. Most games are Chinese/Japanese. It does have a number of recognizable arcade games from the late 80's early 90's including Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Asteroids, Dragonball Z2, Tomb Raider (PS1), Addams Family Values & Clue (Sega) to name a few. Some of the preview pics do not match the selection. The rendering is pixelated and has some choppy game play (Tomb Raider). However, I am trying to play this on a 55", 4K Smart TV which could be accountable for some of the visual diversities mentioned. The hookup was really simple as it just plugged right into the HDMI port on my TV and started immediately. The handhelds connected without trouble after inserting the 2 AAA batteries into them. It is small in size and I used the USB port on my TV to power the unit as well. The instructions were vague at best, especially on how to hook up to TV (had to go back to the item on Amazon to see set up pic). I think they are reaching with the current price of $49.99 as I would expect near perfect reproductions of these games with todays technology for this price. Its nostalgia wears off quickly due to the visuals.

You get what you pay for. This item is very cheap and cheap is what you get. It is probably okay for kids under 10 years old.
