STOPS WALKING UNITS & VIBRATIONS!
LOVE THIS ITEM!Easy install and it DOES stop stacked units from "walking" as they spin!We put an old cloth under the metal part of the ratchet strap to protect unit and sound deadening.....worked GREAT!No noise; no vibration!

Easy fix
It was the perfect device necessary to stack my new dryer on my older washer!! Perfect way to make them compatable! Solved my issue.

Easy to put together and strap down your dryer on top of washer
The media could not be loaded. We had to replace our Kenmore washer and the home warranty offered replacement for a GE washer.Unfortunately the new GE was wider than the old Kenmore and we had to figure out how to arrange the laundry room and we decided to stack the smaller dimension dryer on top of the longer GE washer.The kit was easy to assemble, but you do have to use a bit of force to close the brackets once you have the right size.Once the kit is assembled, make sure you pay attention to the front and back of the kit, as per the instructions, the back has an overlap that will cover your detergent tray along the left front of the washer unit.Once you have the kit aligned, you will need another person to carry the unit on top and align to the rubber pads of the kit.Strap the kit on tight and move the washer and dryer in place.As we have very little room in our laundry room, I decided to place the strap and ratchet to the unseen side and utilize the right side of the laundry room with an Ikea Enhet tall cabinet for storage

Stacked perfectly
Needed to put older Amana stackable front load dryer on top of a new stackable LG washer. The LG is slightly wider than the older dryer so the installed stack rails underneath the dryer wouldn't fit. We removed those and used this device. Works perfectly to adapt and make those work together.
