Got this for my mom so she could attach her starlink to her house. They have a metal barndominium so even putting it on the patio roof should've been a breeze; however, the magnets on this are beyond weak. Even a light breeze hitting the dish makes it want to move. The stand itself is nice and would work perfectly, but the magnets on the base are far too weak. Especially to be holding something as expensive and elicate as a starlink dish.

The feet are not UV protected.
The feet are rubber and comprise of about six small magnets per foot on a disc held in place by the rubber covering. The coating is not UV proof so if it's on a vehicle roof for extended use the rubber may well perish and fall apart. I covered the feet with reflective silver duct tape to try and prevent this.The magnets are reasonable strength but easy to pull off by lifting one and suddenly they all just come off together as they are linked by a rigid frame. So they are not much use in wind, not that secure.
