The instructions are a little hard to understand. No words just pictures. But I'm a female and managed just fine. Love the modern look and it's real sturdy.

It looks great but the draw mechanism isn’t the best. It comes off the track often and was a pain to put together. All in all though it is worth the money you pay for.

I couldn’t tell you if this product is nice or not because the directions are completely inadequate! Have spent much time trying to figure out just the first step! Customer service sent me another set of directions where some things were already assembled. Not helpful!!

Loved the style overall with the black cabinet and wood toned top. It fits in nicely to our decor in our office. Looks industrial but has a touch of warmth because of top. It holds many file folders and is super sturdy! Slight learning curve to put together but once you get the hang of it-it fits together nicely. We bought 2 and they are perfect!

The drawers do not shut all the way. The directions do not tell what to do. I read all the reviews and thought wow this is a nice piece of furniture. I would not buy this again. Who wants drawers that do not close. Not really me.

When I purchased this, I was thinking storage drawers bc who uses file cabinets in 2024…I was able to put lightweight items in the drawers but if you’re looking for something with sturdy drawers use something else

One of the best pieces of furniture Ive had to assemble. The instructions were totally understandable and easy to follow. Everything went together perfectly. Totally recommend this filing cabinet to everyone.

I read the reviews and I knew I shouldn’t. I have the desk and bookshelf from the same manufacturer and they are great, so I did it anyway.My boyfriend put it almost all the way together. The top had a big old gash in it. I was just going to stick something on top, until we got to the end and realized the screw holes in the frame at the bottom were not drilled in the right place. Ergo, the unit isn’t square, and the drawer couldn’t fit.I did what the manual asked - I called customer service, who asked which parts I needed replaced. I identified them by manual labels. I was asked to email supporting pictures, which I did. Then I was emailed back and asked to work through Amazon support. I asked why I had to do everything in duplicate and then was told (in barely legible English) that they will not send the top because (despite looking like trash) it is usable. I about lost it. I asked to return it and they said that they’d send a shipping label. So, I’d have to find packaging, package this heavy thing, and drag it to a courier? Finally, working through their Amazon support channels (better than whatever you get when you just email them), they sent a new unit after I said I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card.If you also can’t help yourself, be ready for a very painful customer experience journey. Or… just don’t.The replacement unit fits together but it’s also unsteady, hard to open and close, and I’m scared to put so much as a book in it, lest it implode on itself. Worst waste of money ever.
