Bought one in January and 6 months later the temp would not hold at the desired setting. It would continue to dop well below freezing. Contacted Ice Casa directly and they were very responsive in fixing this issue. Part was here within days, installed and back running. Not upset that this happen within 6 months. It's mechanical and sometimes parts are defective. I will not hold that against the company. Customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend due to their desire to make make sure we were taken care of.

Sturdy cooler, great size, and easy to clean. I have had it for almost a yr works well on my food truck. But what really takes the cake is their customer service. Had issues with it keeping temp and they sent out a new regulator and instructions on how to reset the temp gauge to better suit my needs. No crazy hours of hold time, just a few messages and the issue was fixed. Also this unit is made very well and common parts that need to be serviced are easy to access. I will definitely be coming back to them for other products.

I usually don’t buy major equipment from Amazon, but this 2-door sandwich fridge changed my mind. The price was very reasonable, and the delivery was fast and smooth. It is a little bit noisy when running, but after using it for a month, I haven’t had any problems. It keeps everything cold and organized just the way I need. Definitely a good purchase for my business!

Very good quality heavy duty very very nice

Product got cold very fast. There is a digital small window to show you the temperature of the refrigerator at all times. It does run loud, meaning noticeable but not so bad that it will keep you awake at night. The fan shuts on and off every few minutes.Great product.

It looked nice. No damage on delivery. Loud when first received. Wouldn’t keep temp. Spoke with customer service, they have been very responsive. Had someone come out to check unit. Seems to be better so far.Increased from 2 to 3 stars because of the company's willingness to fix the issue.
