very useful, well made
Just what was needed! This is one of those 'why didn't someone think of this a long time ago?' moments. Took all the stress out of hanging the siding -- was no problem to nudge to exactly the right spot and then have it stay there. Nice. And, this is a well made product. The lever mechanism functions smoothly and the release works neatly too.

Excellent Tool – A True Back Saver!
I recently purchased the Labor-Saving Handle Arm Lift, and it has completely transformed the way I tackle lifting and leveling projects. This tool is a game-changer for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. The build quality is outstanding—solid, durable, and designed to handle heavy loads without any signs of strain. The ergonomic handle provides excellent grip, allowing for precise control while lifting or adjusting materials. I used it to install doors, cabinets, and even decking boards, and it made the job faster, easier, and much more precise. One of the standout features is the smooth, incremental lifting mechanism. It allows for micro-adjustments, ensuring perfect alignment without the need for extra hands. It’s truly a labor-saving device that reduces fatigue and increases efficiency. If you’re working on construction, carpentry, or home improvement projects, this tool is a must-have. It’s worth every penny and will quickly become one of your go-to pieces of equipment.Highly recommended!

Slight fix, then good to go, Jack!
People reported in some reviews that these jacks would hang-up and stop working. I doubted this would happen to me, but it did, and it was pretty frustrating because the jacks appeared to be very well-made. Well, it didn't take long for me to determine what the problem was, and after a small adjustment, the jacks work great and never hang up. I've attached a graphic to show what the problem was, hoping it would help other purchasers.

Good solution for home use
Good quality, pretty easy to use for lifting heavy furnitures at home. The release function should improve- it’s not easy to release slowly and to prevent of the item not to fall at once.

Easy to use to level shower doors
I am sure these work for plenty of things, but I needed them to level and lift my glass shower door. It is far too heavy for us to do by hand. We have tried several times but we just can't hold it in place and adjust the screws at the same time. Even when we had three people, we couldn't get it quite right and the door would lightly scrape the tile. After using these two jacks all by myself, I was able to lift and level the door as well as loosening and tightening the screws without any help.If you use on glass like I did, be sure to fold a dish rag or use some other padding to prevent the metal from touching the glass directly. I am not sure if this is required or not, but it makes good sense to keep the metal away from the glass. Might be good to use padding on anything that might get scratched. The metal is smooth but could still cause scratching on soft materials or glass.

Don’t push the weight limit
Pushed the capacity limit, one snapped the other didn’t, lowering is pretty much all or none don’t plan to micro adjust down. Still pretty useful and worth the money

Helped me level my fridge.
We installed a french door fridge a few years ago in a tight space in the kitchen. Had to remove the built in wheels and levelers to squeeze it in. It leaned slightly and I lacked the right tools to leverage corrective action. I stumbled onto these jacks a short time ago and though a bit skeptical, they were affordable so I ordered a pair. So glad I did. I removed the frozen food to help get the lift weight down, slid a jack under each front side edge, and with a few squeezes of the levers - bingo! Shimmed each front side and checked for plumb, released the jackets and now enjoy the fridge as intended - perfectly plumb. This was the perfect tool for the job! Highly recommend this brand and travel length for similar needs.

Very Hard to Use -- UNCONTROLLED RELEASE.
Where do I start -- 1. The foot was misaligned / bent on one end and did not give a flat foot for fitting under an object close to the floor. 2. There is no leverage, making it very hard to use with one hand, and then it seemed to give up half the height gained with each squeeze. 3. Releasing the lift is all or nothing, so with any weight against the release lever, it is very hard to release, and when it did release, it came down hard with the force of the weight lifted.Perhaps I got a bad one, but the price point suggests not. I have a single Viking Arm ( not a clone) and there is no comparison -- granted I could buy four pair of these for a single Viking Arm, but this tool is useless for my purpose. You can lower the viking arm down incrementally but not with this design -- not a full uncontrolled release like thsi design.
