I have struggled for many years with impacted cerumen in both ears. I usually end up spending hours irritating my ears with a 10 cc syringe and a 16 gauge angiocatheter while in front of the bathroom sink. I would end up with water everywhere and only after repeatedly flushing my ear canal for what seemed like a hundred times, eventually I would dislodge a huge chunk of impacted cerumen, but oftentimes, I would still have to position two mirrors with a small spotlight and go after it with a small plastic cerumen spoon. Thankfully being an RN I’m well experienced in doing this for patients in the emergency department, but it’s a whole different challenge doing it to yourself. I used this wonderful machine and with only refilling the tank twice I managed to dislodge a huge chunk of impacted cerumen and didn’t need to fish it out as the swirling action of the warm-tepid water flushed it right out of my ear canal and into the collection chamber! I’ve tried some other hand held manual pumping devices in the past, but would just end up reverting back to the old school technique of the syringe and flood the vanity and bathroom floor with water. This is undoubtedly one of the finest self care products I’ve ever used and is a most worthwhile investment in one’s ear health. I will be recommending this product to patients as I see many people who suffer from the same dilemma here in the dry arid desert climate. Spectacular design and it really does work!

All I need to Say is it was well worth the investment. I woke up one morning with my hearing impaired in my left ear from wax buildup that was also causing some discomfort. I bought this as kind of a last ditch effort before making a doctors appointment Used it immediately when it arrived now granted in my case it took about four or five cycles to get the result I was after but it did it without issue. Could Not be any Happier.

I constantly have bad wax build up in my ears and have always had issues getting it out. I don’t like getting my ears cleaned at the doctors office either because it always takes for ever and ends up being painful. This product worked amazing. Cleaned my ears out quick. I only used the pulse setting but I got enough wax out to possibly set world records. One visit to the doctor cost more than this machine so I think it’s definitely worth it.

About 2-3 times a year, I accumulate ear wax. I have been using Qtips which never quite remove all the wax and feel like a dangerous procedure not knowing how deep I need to go.I saw this Kaugic Water Powered Cleaner after researching ear cleaning devices. It seemed to have good reviews and looked similar to the type my ear doctor used on me a couple of years ago, that was quite effective. So I ordered it. It arrived with a number of attachments and cleaning accessories. It is very functional. Basically you pore warm water in one side of the tank. The design of this machine is good. It measures the proper water temperture you need, irrigates the ear and removes the liquid in your ear while washing it. I found it to be effective and easy to use. I recommend using the soft setting until you become familiar with how to use it for best results. It was effective in removing wax although not as much as the doctor's. I may have had more wax when I went to the doctor, so I can't rate it five stars until I've had more occasions to use it.

This is an amazing product. My ear canal has been impacted with wax for about 2 months, usuually it would fall out on it's own but I could tell by the feel that this "sucker" was too big to fall out on it's own. I bought this product and after adding some ear wax softener I was able to remove the wax in just two sessions. To add all of the water jet setting are very tolerable from soft (lowest) to fast the highest.......I definatley recomend this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I do not normally ever write really awesome reviews but this product amazing took me a minute to figure out how to use it for what I needed however it sure did produce what it said it would and it got the wax right out of my ear. Please note that if you do buy this item make sure that you buy some ear wax MD drops they help loose and everything up before you use the irrigation unit

This thing is amazing! I have a severe ear phobia since I was a kid and a big bug went into my ear canal. I have had a clogged ear for over a week and it was really making me anxious. I tried this even though I thought I wouldn't be able to and not much happened. So I purchased the ear drops and followed the directions and after a couple rounds this came out! A couple more after it too!! I didn't get photos of those. If you are thinking about getting it, do it! I will now use this instead of q-tips going forward.

My husband is deaf, but with hearing aids he can hear about every 4th word. So keeping the canals clear of wax is imperative. We just had this delivered today and I immediately opened it and used it on him. I went from almost yelling for him to hear me to a whisper after using this product. Nothing more than water added. Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend to everyone
