From so long I was looking for a quality product for office ID card holder, literally got fed up of those cheap plastic ones, i found this one on amazon initially price was looking heavy then i realized that the product is coming from US so considering logistics costs i was ok and importantly it a set of two, so one product costed around 1.3K, product delivered before time in around 2 weeks, seller sent tracking number of international courier provider, everyday there is an update about current status of shipment, which gives us confident and transparency,after I received the product I was amazed with the quality of product, its so well built and gives a very premium feeling, The product is seems very durable everything is perfectly assembled. I am 100% confident that it will lasts for years to come,For Seller : Great job in bringing this type of product in India 10/10 for that, however i suggest you guys can do a bulk order to save shipment cost and pass that saving to customers, I am sure there are many people around who are looking to buy quality product its just the heavy cost is pulling them back, but its totally on you as you know the business better than me.Overall I am very satisfied customer and highly recommend this product to those people who are looking to buy a premium and durable card holder and don't want to get frustrate when those cheap plastic yoyo card holder breaks when you trying to keying your access card.

So far this is the best one I found. It’s strong and functional. It’s little bit heavy but manageable. The quality of the retractor is very good.

The pulley is good, but the wallet and display card material do not seem worth the price. Disappointed with their quality.

Product is very sturdy and top notch quality. Earlier was sceptical while placing order overseas, but finally it was worth.

The media could not be loaded. With two months usage, the thread detached from the ID holder and now the ID card holder and retractor are separated. Product looks good but for me it has become useless. Do you have any provision to replace/repair?
