Confirm Kills
Had the trap 3 weeks and have 2 confirmed kills . Patience is the name of the game. Trap works with authority . Trap is difficult to set just has other reviews state. However, after ensuring ground clearance between the ground and trigger mechanism the trap set easier. Going back and order two more .

They just dont work!
I've been trapping moles in our yard for over a decade. I have used many different methods ranging from deterrents to poison bait to traps. The only effective method that has worked, have been traps. These type of traps however do NOT work. They have consistently failed every time! The moles dig right thru and past these traps and push the soil up thru the traps, never setting them off. These are worthless, and too late to return since I keep giving them a chance to see if they work over the last couple of months. Dont waste your money and energy of setting & resetting these everyday, in the hopes they might one day work. They simply dont. (BTW, the only traps that have consistently worked for me have been the Victor 0631 type of traps. These do the job over 80% of the time. I have no stock in these and receive no kickbacks. Just letting everyone know the benefits of my experience and save consumers their time and hard earned money).

Deadly to moles!
Put one in a fresh mole run and had the mole by the next morning. I had been chasing it for days. Recommend buying. Easy to use and effective.

Trap is east to set.
Tranp 1 works fine. 2nd trap is defective I have tried everything but it will not set.

Be patient.
A little difficult to set. Need to remove the dirt underneath the trip mechanism for it to lock in place when setting.

Not worth the bother
Sadly this thing is really and i mean REAALLY hard to set and nearly impossible in the sandy soil that we have in S Texas. Even setting it external and then trying to get it lined up with the tunnel proves impossible. Maybe in solid dirt they MIGHT work but certainly not here

Actually Works
Trap was easy to install and only took a couple of hours to catch a mole .

Doesn't work
I gave this just a month of trying and no luck. The trap either stays open or doesn't want to open I have to tap it with a hammer to get it to trigger. Really wish I could have gotten a refund but a few days late
