Nice Forge Blower
I haven't actually used it yet, but I turned it on and it works like it should. Decent price and even though shipping could have been better if they used UPS it got here in a reasonable time.

Very poor quality, especially for the price
It arrived with the switch not working (stuck in the on position). It then fell apart about a week later.

Works just like it's supposed to. Using it for my smelting furnace. With it had a control dial though.

Improperly Rated
Nowhere near 200 cfm under any type of load, makes it pretty useless.

Stopped working.
Blower motor just stopped working for me, after purchasing it last April. So almost a year, not quite. Up until then, it was great. That being said, probably would recommend avoiding.
